MakeMyTrip India — money deducted but ticket not booked | |
Hello, I have booked flight ticket from pune to jaipur for 19th january at 00:25 hrs . The money got deducted from my hdfc account but i haven’t got the e ticket . Customer care guys are not helping me . This is extremely unprofessional and rude . It was very bad experience. I would request everyone to never book ticket from make my trip . They are cheating customers .This is not the first time i am facing this issue with make my trip site . I never had such experience with any other site .
