[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — money deducted from account | |
I had booked a flight ticket from kolkata to mumbai from makemytrip for the 15th of october. The money got deducted from my axis bank account but the site showed transaction could not be completed,. I did not get my ticket. One ticket from mumbai to kolkata got booked but the other one from kolkata to mumbai showed technical error dure to which i lost my money.

Worst customer service experience no one picks your call nor even reply you on your email. I am constantly paying all my EMI of make my trip travel finance but now from last 2-3 months its not working even its not appearing on the payment page. There is no option to contact MMT for Travel finance
