MakeMyTrip India — Money got deducted but no ticket is reflecting in the my trip option

I booked a ticket from New Delhi ( Anand Vihar Terminal railway station) to Bhubaneswar. It was show that the payment was failed, but the money got deducted from the bank account. And no ticket is reflecting in the my trip option.
