[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — money not refunded even after a month | |||
I tried to book a flight ticket from new delhi to patna on 16th nov 2017 (Booking date) through upi mode of payment. A notification came in my tez app regarding this payment, but by mistake instead of accepting that particular request i initiated a payment from my side to the vpa of make my trip then i entered the amount manually which was 3354 and paid the amount. But after this payment the ticket was not booked. I called them immediately and explained to them the case, in the beginning they denied that they have received any payment, but my tez app transaction records clearly show that payment was successful. After lot of mail exchanges and telephonic conversation, they have still not returned my money. The reference id for the mail is[protected]. For the last 3 days i am not getting any reply also through that mail. Moreover there is no option in their phone support to talk to the customer care representative.
