[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — No Notification on flight timing chnage/No response/ rude attitude/ | |||
We are family of 10 members including child of 3 yrs. we had booking with Go Air from port Blair to Mumbai via chennai, we had booked tickets online from Makemytrip portal. Flight date and time is 30 Jan 2017 and 11 AM, which was changed to 9:30 AM without any notification from Makemytrip, Night before travel we called makemytrip and confirmed booking on recorded call and also got etickets in which time is mentioned as 11 AM so we have reached airport at 9:30 AM, once we reached we came to know that Goair have changed flight timings to 9:30 AM. and already informed to makemytrip and it's their fault, we tried to reach makemytrip executive but nobody responded. We did not received any help from Makemytrip. We had to cancel all our plans due to this and this is great loss, we had to book accomodation for ourself and this situation is created by makemytrip only. Was this information helpful? | |||
