MakeMyTrip India — No option to transfer my wallet balance to original payment mode | |
I got a flight booking (from Delhi to Pune Booking ID NF[protected], booking email- [protected]@gmail.com) canceled due to the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020 and got a refund in my wallet against it. Due to the ongoing situations of Covid-19, I didn't get a chance to do any booking by the amount that I had in my wallet and it is written that it will expire on the 31st of March 2021. The option of taking the wallet balance back to the original payment mode is displayed on the canceled booking page but no legit option regarding this is available on the wallet page. It is my humble request that my complaint should be resolved before I bear the loss of my wallet balance. Was this information helpful? | |
