MakeMyTrip India — No refund despite agreeing to do so on consumer helpline

I had registered a grievance on the consumer helpline website on May 29, 2020, and on July 10, 2020, the company finally agreed to give me a refund within 10 working days. Today is the 11th working day, but I still haven't received the money and it is not possible to contact the company in any way. The details of the incident are below.

I purchased a Bangalore-New Delhi flight ticket (GoAir flight G8-120, PNR BC4Q2X) from MakeMyTrip.com, for travel date of March 18, 2020. I paid for the ticket with my credit card. On March 17, 2020, the flight was cancelled by the airline and I was informed by SMS directly by the airline. On March 18, 2020, I filed a claim with MakeMyTrip.com for a full refund. Since the nation-wide lock down began a few days later, it has been impossible to contact MakeMyTrip.com, except on its Twitter account, where the responses are slow and unhelpful. Despite patience from my side and numerous reminders, MakeMyTrip.com has not refunded the amount of Rs. 2, 980/ to me, even after GoAir has remitted the amount to MakeMyTrip.com. I have communicated directly with the airline several times to get proof of the money being transferred to MakeMyTrip.com, and have shared that proof with MakeMyTrip.com, but each time, I am told either that they will check with GoAir or that they haven't received the money. I am attaching 3 different files. One shows a credit note sent by GoAir to MakeMyTrip.com, dated May 6, 2020, for Rs 2, 980/, which was sent to my registered email address. Another is an email sent to me by GoAir, addressed to MakeMyTrip.com and mentioning my name and PNR, and referring to an amount of -2, 980/ (negative sign to indicate refund). And the third is a screenshot from the GoAir website, where searching for PNR# BC4Q2X shows up my name but no balance due, since the amount has been refunded by GoAir. All these have been shared with MakeMyTrip.com but the company has still denied receiving any money and refused to pass the money on to me. My travel was almost a week before the nation wide lock down, and is covered under the regular DGCA policy of money being refunded within 7 days of an airline cancelling the flight, in case of credit card payments. It has been 3 months and 9 days, and I have still not received the refund.
