MakeMyTrip India — No refund for air ticket that did not operate due to COVID-19 for 50 days | |
I booked round trip from Delhi to London from 17th Feb 2020 to 30th April 2020. But the return flight that was supposed to operate from London to Delhi on 30th April 2020 did not operate. We called the Airlines (Aeroflot) and they told us that they have cancelled the ticket and issued a refund to MakeMyTrip and that we are supposed to contact MakeMyTrip for refund. We have been trying to contact MakeMyTrip since then via email, telephone, chat but have not been able to get in touch with them. Nor we have received any sort of communication from them regarding refund. I had to come back to India via VandeBharat Mission and now that I am in India I do not want to extend the date if there is any such option. I have exhausted all options and I am not able to get in touch with them. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
