[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — no refund for failed transaction | |||||
I paid rs. 1802 from my bank account for a booking on 23rd september 2017 and makemytrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through, and has not provided any transaction id or confirmation. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, though. I got a message stating me to re-do the booking. I spoke to the customer care after great difficulty and i was told that i should wait for 90 minutes and then check the status. If the booking is not confirmed, then i should re-do the fresh booking. The old amount would be refunded. Accordingly, i made a fresh booking with makemytrip for rs1802 and this time it was successful. However, even after 1 week, i see that the initial amount of rs1802 is not yet refunded. Speaking to the call center is not helping since they are not able to understand the use case. Even after providing the bank statement, they are not able to understand why they owe a refund. Can someone please intervene and help? It is almost impossible to call make my trip since their ivr menu needs a booking id.in case of failed bookings, there is no booking id. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My flight rescheduled by qatar airways from 2.30am to 17.30pm

But according the rules not suppose to deduct cancelation charge but they have deducted
