[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — non refund and misleading information

I have cancelled a ticket from hyderabad to bngalore on 20th october. Make my trip had promised me to refund the amount withing 72 hours. After a week when i called the customer support they denied on the refund and escalated the matter to the floor manager mr. Hari om. He promised me that the refund will be done within 48 hours and i will get a call from them. I am still waiting for the refund. As make my trip website promises that if they fail to make the refund within 72 hours they will pay compensation of rs 100 per hour in my wallet pocket. Two days back i got a call from mr. Mohammed from make my trip he now says its cant be refunded and they are again giving me false commitments as done earlier. Now they deny me for a refund. They have also pasted a wrong ticket information in my login page of a booking from visakhapatnam to bangalore on 20th november giving names whom i dont know and have no where related with booking the tickets.

I like to know how a reputed travel company like make my trip can give such misleading information and perform such unprofessional deed with the customers. Its very disappointing!
