Dear trip organisor, Sorry to find that you were unaware that the flight did not take off. I have not taken the trip from trivandrum to bangalore as the flight was cancelled due to runway restriction at trivandrum airport and eventually i had to cancel the ticket directly as you did not have any option to do so; not even phone numbers for assistance. Furthermore, i had to put other agent to help me get the ticket cancelled. However, indigo authorities have refunded the amount to you as you were my travel agent on 28th oct 2017 at 2.30 pm which was the full amount which you have not credited to my account yet.
