I booked a flight on 7th june 2016 for travelling from madurai to bangalore on 15th june 2016 through make my trip. The flight details are op-126 (Air pegasus).
One day before the travel date, i got the message from air pegasus team for cancellation of flight due to technical reasons.
Later it was discussed with air peagsus and got confirmation mail for refunding the amount to make my trip. When contacted make my trip it was communicated that the amount has been not yet refunded by air pegasus and has to wait till they receive it.
Air pegasus website conveys the refunding procedure shall start from 31st october 2016. But now in january 2017, make my trip ask me to contact the air line service provider directly for refunds.
The question here is i have booked the flight through make my trip,
- then how come make my trip ask us to contact airline service provider directly.
- then why does make my trip charges a convenience fee from us when they don't offer any service to us. Was this information helpful? |
