[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — not getting proper services as described on the page | |||||
Hi Team, So I booked these 4 rooms over here in orient Taj via MakeMyTrip. I specifically mentioned the number of people we are. There has to be 3 guys in the fourth room. They took extra charges for the extra guy. But we have been provided towels and mattresses for two people only. Such a huge property but there is nothing provided to us. Neither the Air conditioners working properly neither the hotel authorities providing anything. They shifted our room initially but, the AC's not working in this room as well. The hotel's staff is highly unprofessional. The manager is not available in the hotel premises. Even we are not provided with the cutlery if we are asking for it. I was not expecting this from make my trip or orient Taj. Still struggling with the humidity in Agra. I want you people to get in touch with the concerns authorities and provide me with the best solution. The booking was done with the name of Anil Kalra. Was this information helpful? | |||||
