[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Not given boarding pass success and book my ticket 1 hr before boarding time

Today i had a flight from chandigarh to jaipur and the flight no was sg2942. My pnr no is fckvtn. My booked id nf[protected]. Booked ticket before 1 hrs boarding time from makemytrip. Unfortunately we were stuck in the traffic on our way to airport, even then we reached the airport 40 min before but the lady at the spicejet counter was not cooperative and didn't allow us to board the flight. Also not given ticket not only us there were more several passengers who were also stuck in the traffic but that lady successfully wasted 20min arguing with us and not handing over our boarding pass to us. If rule is that why my ticket booked sucessful before 1 hrs boarding time. The company and staff memers totally do fraud. With such a bad and disgusting experience experience with spicejet neither we nor any family member of ours will be traveling with spicejet... Please refund my ticket money

We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that, customer has made a flight booking on the same day of travel just few hour before. Travel date was 26-Jun-17 and departure time was 18:10hrs. Customer has made the booking with us at 16:42 hrs. i.e. approximately 1 hrs 30 minutes before. The booking has got confirmed as airline allow us to make the booking till last moment as so many passengers standing at the airport makes booking at the last moment. So, this is on to airline if they allow us to make the booking or not, based on that the booking has got confirmed. However, in this case customer was no-show as they did not reach on time. We have processed refund of Inr 951/- post deducting applicable cancellation charges. Request you to please raise your concern directly with airline for any further refund or compensation against your booking.
