MakeMyTrip India — Not refunded my cancelled trip fare

With respect to my PNR CMGWXA, MakeMyTrip has not refunded INR 17, 744 for the cancelled flight from Indigo? MakeMyTrip has already received the entire amount from Indigo Airlines (see below response from Indigo).
