We have booked flights as follows: Makemytrip eticket no nn[protected] From to departure date pnr Flight no ek 567 bangalore to dxb 23.4.2020 lsfndw Flight no ek 145 dxb to amsterdam 24.4.2020 lsfndw Flight no lh2227 paris to munich 3.5.2020 mjfetx Flight no lh-764 munich to bangalore 3.5.2020 mjfetx There is no option of cancel the ticket on the site. All the flights are cancelled due to covid19. Now, if we search online, 3 rd leg - i. E. Paris to munich is not visible. Booking is done by harshada thakur (Ph no[protected], through email - [protected]@gmail.com. Makemytrip is on autovoice call (Pn no - [protected]). MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 22, 2020 Updated by Meenal Mahabal Still we have not received any update from Makemytrip on mentioned complaint. We want full refund of our booking amount of the Air Tickets.
