MakeMyTrip India — Payment Made But Booking Failed | |
I booked a Hotel from MMT app on 21st feb 2021. Payment was done through Icici credit card (screenshot attached). After the payment made, money got deducted from my Credit card ccount but booking ID didnt generate and i have not received ticket till now. I have been continuously following up MMT on various channels since there is not procedure is in place to directly call to customer care. I want my money to get refunded as no booking has been madr against the payment that has done from my end.
