I booked two separate tickets on makemytrip for Bengaluru to Delhi (indigo flight on 25th Sep evening). Booking made on 22nd Sep. First ticket got booked. the second did not though the amount got deducted from my UPI. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 30, 2021 Updated by rbanga72 MakeMyTrip is not responding. Kindly inform if you have intentions to refund my amount. You have all details about transaction and should only take hours and not weeks.
