MakeMyTrip India — Poor service offered by make my trip | |||
I had booked package trip from Bangalore-Varanasi-Delhi-Haridwar-rishikesh-delhi-Bangalore. First leg between Bangalore-Varanisi-Delhi was good. The real problem started when we landed delhi. The taxi driver had vanished from airport with out any information and we had to struggle with make my trip for 2 hours to get a new vehicle. When new vehicle arrived at airport, it was a night mare experience for us. The driver was most arrogant and behaving like a third rate goonda. I was accompanying my aged parents with me and his behaviour towards them was un acceptable. Make my trip had assigned the vehicle from a local taxi stand and not from reputed travels. I had to fight my case with the driver and had to threaten him with police compliant for his behaviour. No body from Make my trip even talked to us through out the trip even though they were aware of the problem we had on arrival from varanasi. Only one person Mr.Manjit from the agency called me few times to check on us. We had to deal with this bad driver for 5 full days and after spending 2 lakhs, i feel it was a waste of time and money. till now no one from make my trip has asked for any sort of feed back from me. I will never use make my trip again and also will never recommend to any body from my side My booking ID with make my trip is : IN1601B8S108220 Was this information helpful? | |||

1. The actual cab was booked for 6 seater which was provided to you with an upgraded Innova.
2. Regarding rude behavior of the driver, you did not raised any complaint during the same situation, but still the cab vendor apologized for the same and in future the same would not be repeated again.
Hence we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, In future the same would not be repeat again.
