[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund delayed | |||||
Booking id nf[protected] My flight was cancelled by indigo. Indigo customer care informed me to contact makemytrip regarding the refund. I contacted makemytrip on the 17 of november 2017. They informed me they have manually initiated the refund. On 23rd i got a part of the amount 250rs. On the same day i made a call to the customer care and checked. They informed me that the remaining full amount will be be credited in 48 hours. On 25 th i again contacted and got the same reply saying 48 hours. Again on contacting the customer care on nov 27th night i got a new answer that my money will be credited after 8 days. If they can refund rs within 4 to 5 days then why this much time for the main amount. Also each time i call why they are saying a different reason. This was a really bad experience from makemytrip. First and foremost, we are sorry for delay in response further, in reference to the refund of balance amount of Inr 5472/- against flight cancellation, as checked the refund has been processed manually on 25-Nov-17 since the same was not initiated initially due to some tech issue.
