MakeMyTrip India — refund for booking id last four digits of the booking are 5253 & 3512

Hi team,

I booked 2 ticket from del to melbourne on 27th march 2020 and due to pandemic both the tickets were cancelled and haven't got my money back on my account. Can you please refund the full amount with no deductions on my personal account as the credit card which i used for booking is no longer working as it is closed completely.
