Sir nf[protected] airpegasus on 10102016 refunded to mmt but mmt not credited rs 3244 irresponse from mmt simply tkt number no use not solved problems getting commission 400 waste i booked directly with airpegasus same day returned tkt that amount air pegasus credited within 3 days in my account complaint to airpegasus refund initiated by me mmt no use but even no response from mmt no reply to my complaints made so for 10 complaints to mmt pl solve this genuine case paramasivam [protected] [protected]@yahoo.Co.In

This email is regarding the refund claim for your Air Pegasus flight.

We appreciate your note below. The current issue is not isolated to you but to many others who booked to fly on Air Pegasus through not only MakeMyTrip but other agencies including airline’s own website.

When you make a booking, the fare amount is transferred to the airline. When a flight is cancelled or when a passenger decides to cancel, the due amount is received back from the airline which we refund back to the Customer.

At this juncture, the airline has not refunded the due amount back to us and the entire industry is chasing Air Pegasus. We hope you will at least appreciate that we don’t run the airline. The situation of Air Pegasus is well known to all o[censored]s. What we can assure you is that Make My Trip is not holding your money and never will. The moment we get this back from the airline we will start the refund process. We also assure you once again that the issue is faced by all flyers regardless of where and who they booked their ticket from.

We are constantly asking the airline. We will begin refund the moment airline directs us to do so.

Request your patience under these force majeure conditions.
