MakeMyTrip India — refund not done for more than 6 months | |||
Flight booking id - nf[protected] (Makemytrip). Had booked round trip in november. Flight - indian airlines delayed the flight and we had to book another flight (Indigo) in the airport to reach on time for our appointment. Indian airline has given documented proof (Have attached) to refund the full amount. Despite of multiple calls and requests makemytrip has not yet refunded the ticket money. Even after repeated calls to the customer support there is no response on the status of my refund. and my complaint id [[protected]] all details are available in the same. I had booked my ticket on 20th April from Madurai to Chennai my mobile no. Is [protected] the Tim on my ticket was wrong. I called the customer care and no action has been taken since then. All my details are given in the attachment below kindly assist.
