MakeMyTrip India — Refund not initiated for the cancelled flights | |
I have booked my flights with MakeMyTrip for my HYD-DEL-HYD journey. Booking ID NF[protected] PNR- QPZH4U Flight details Indigo Airlines 6E-5045 HYD-DEL Indigo Airlines 6E-679 DEL-HYD Both of the flights were cancelled cause of COVID restrictions. I got the credit note from Indigo for the same which I will attach. Post speaking with Indigo they processed full refund for my booking. Now there is no sign of credit shell or refund for my booking and its been two months now. I cant reach out to the customer care for the same nor there is any resolution provided by chat support for my required option. Its been frustrating enough and i demand my refund status.
