MakeMyTrip India — Refund not received from flight cancellation Indigo | |
I booked my ticket from BLR-IXD with Indigo on MakeMytrip app. Indigo cancelled my flight with PNR: 'NH5TRC' and offered my to book another flight or cancel that flight promising that entire amount will be refunded to my account with no penalty as the fault was theirs. I cancelled this ticket on 17th Feb 2020 and refunded amount should have been credited to my account within 5-7 working days but still I haven't got the refunded amount in my bank. I contacted Indigo about the same and they told me that they have processed the refund amount in my booking agency wallet that is MakeMyTrip and now MakeMyTrip is responsible for crediting the amount to my bank. I tried contacting MakeMyTrip about it but all their customer support are shut down due to lockdown and their website complaint forum does not work at all. I tried emailing them but always get a robotic response to use complaint page on their website which doesn't work. Also the worst part is that MakeMyTrip shows that journey as completed and even dares to ask me about the feedback of how the journey has been. I am completely frustrated by the support MakeMyTrip gave me at this difficult time and I will never book my flight again with it.
