MakeMyTrip India — Refund Not Received when transaction is successful[NF[protected]] | |
For a cancelled booking, MMT requested a NEFT to transfer the amount to my Citibank account. I have sent them the Bank statement as well that I have not received such amount. Citibank asked me to provide the Source bank details, UTR, ARN Number but MMT is not helping me with that and not responding to the mails. The refund is for more than 13000 and is not a small amount. They are providing no service to me when I book all m travels through MMT. Was this information helpful? | |
