Airline/mmt, In reference to booking id nf[protected], pnr no - k5ve6p, go air flight no - g8-2512 from patna t delhi dated 28th march booking done through mmt. Since my purpose of travel has been defeated and i don’t have any plan to travel in near future request mmt and go air to arrange for full refund (Including convenience fee) to the original source of payment on immediate basis. Moreover i think in case of cancellation of flight (For any reason) the refund should be made automatic or costumer should have the right to decide whether to opt for refund or reschedule. Just to inform a customer about reschedule over sms is unprofessional and inappropriate approach. Note - mmt takes this a step further. I have not been able to find a single mail id of mmt where i can file complaint. Wherever you click for complain or support, it’ll redirect you to booking summery. Please provide any mail id or link to file the same complaint for refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
