MakeMyTrip India — Refund of double payment reg.

Ref ID- IGAJVKRDH7 OR IGAJVKRKC5 booking dated- 13/11/2020 at 9.08 or 9.11 pm. Amount of booking is Rs 13924/- but paid Rs 27848/- through Billdesk and net banking. The transaction through net banking was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and net banking they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 13924/- not returned in my account.

So I request to you that make refund of Rs 13924/- as early as possible.
