MakeMyTrip India — Reimbursement not done despite raising claims multiple times

This mail is with reference to Booking ID - NF[protected].

Despite SpiceJet Airlines confirmation that the refund has been initiated for two separate PNRs, we have received the refund for only 1 PNR no: P5KL4L( attached mail communication).

Please find the attached mail communication wherein the airlines have confirmed that the refund has been processed for both PNR No. :P5KL4L, QF79VA.

This seems to be the amount received only for a one way journey whereas the pending amount for the return trip has not been refunded yet.

Please note that we had done only one transaction of INR 29, 345 for both the journeys.

I sincerely request you to take this matter on priority since the earlier claims was closed *thrice* stating the invoice is invalid!!
