Dear sir The enclosed confirmed ticket was cancelled and according to indigo authorities, the refund was sent to you (Make my trip) in the first week of september 2018. However till date no amount was received. May i request you to kindly refund the total amount of rs 6722/- to my s b i credit card immediately.
