MakeMyTrip India — Room Cancellation issues

Hello team, I had booked a hotel room on 27th march on make my trip.com hotel named francisco sunshine hotel Goa.
As we visited the hotel there was no electricity no fans or AC so we did not check in the hotel room.
After that i checked for the cancellation of room i did not find on the app.. As i did not checked into the hotel you should, t charge for the room as the main reason was electricity problem.
At that time payment was made to you by lazypay which they are asking from me now so i request you to look into this seriously & resolve the issue .
