MakeMyTrip India — Ticket booked but no confirmation but money deducted from bank account | |
I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 1 March 2021. The ticket was booked in the train 05043 / LJN KGM SPL(Lucknow to Kathgodam), I used my SBI debit card to make the payment. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of Rs. 699.93 got deducted from my account. I have not received any confirmation from Make My Trip regarding my booking. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket. Please look into the matter and refund the amount.
