Dear Sir/Ma'am, I had booked ticket of train no 52598( Joyride round trip) from makemytrip.com. on 25/9/21. The PNR [protected] of irctc and train booking no NR[protected] of makemytrip. Now, when I am trying to cancel my ticket, it is not getting cancelled from my IRCTC id and neither it is showing in my make my trip account.
