[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — udf refund for 2 tickets | |||
Hello, This is regarding a refund request o[censored]DF charges for 2 flight tickets from Mumbai to Delhi on 9th July, 2017 booked by Mr. Manan Shah (Booking ID: NF[protected]) The service we have received has been completely outrageous, taking such long times to connect the call or even give a satisfactory response. We have been trying to resolve this issue for the last 6 months but to no avail. The executives at MMT expect us to call the Jet Airways and get the refund for MMT. This kind of horrible service and excuses are not what is expected from a company like MMT or Jet Airways. To top it off, we get an e-mail saying our issue has been resolved even though we received no refund (Screenshot of the e-mail attached herewith). It is difficult to even get an e-mail for the update of the issue as we are kept re-directing. After innumerable calls and emails, we are yet to receive any information. This is absolutely incompetent and inexcusable behaviour!! What is the use of such redundant and rigid systems if they cannot even solve basic consumer complaints? The height is that we cannot even get connected to the senior managers as the call centre executives don’t allow us to talk to any authorities or even refuse to give a substantial update. This pathetic behaviour and services have now forced us to take this issue public and if need be, we would even take required strict legal actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
