[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Wallet money not withdrawing | |||||
I tried booking a truejet flight with makemytrip and it did not get booked. The money got transferred to my wallet. I tried booking the same flight again with the wallet money which failed again. Now, I am unable to withdraw the wallet money to my bank account. It has been lying around for almost a month. Resolve the issue and refund to my bank account the amount of Rs.5507/-. My constant calls to the customer care number has been futile and waste of money, time and energy. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As we have checked and found that PNR was unconfirmed from the railway, that is why it got failed.
Hence the full refund has been processed on 27Dec16 with RRN number#
636222422248.
Kindly check with your respective bank for the same and do let us know once the refund received by you.
