[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Wallet money not withdrawing

I tried booking a truejet flight with makemytrip and it did not get booked. The money got transferred to my wallet. I tried booking the same flight again with the wallet money which failed again. Now, I am unable to withdraw the wallet money to my bank account. It has been lying around for almost a month. Resolve the issue and refund to my bank account the amount of Rs.5507/-.

My constant calls to the customer care number has been futile and waste of money, time and energy.

Dear sir . i was book railway ticket for 27.12.2016. My booking id -NR[protected] . But my booking ticket process for unsuccessful .but they have take 292.27 rupees amount .still no that refund amount .kindly give my return / refund payment please .as soon as possible

We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding the refund for failed Id.

As we have checked and found that PNR was unconfirmed from the railway, that is why it got failed.

Hence the full refund has been processed on 27Dec16 with RRN number#
636222422248.

Kindly check with your respective bank for the same and do let us know once the refund received by you.
