[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — wrong travel date booked-bug in mmt app | |
There is a bug in the app which i reported months earlier to mmt but no action taken. Today (4/12/2018) i booked flight for jan 06 2019, indigo from singapore to chennai but the booking was done for jan 05 2019. I realized it is the same bug that i reported earlier after making my payment. I raised a complaint within the app and also called live hotline to explain and they asked to email the screenshot. I emailed but no response email yet. I am attaching proof for the bug. You can see it shows two different dates which leads to confusion for the customers also. Even after providing very obvious proof of their bug, no positive response. I cannot believe how they do not care enough to fix a bug on a application where people spend huge amount of money. I either want a refund or a change the dates to the actual one i booked. Was this information helpful? | |
