dear sir i have booked a ticket under two booking id .In booking id in1512b7s268805 i had paid rs.12500 and in booking id in1512b7s273941 i had paid rs.70300 in both the booking are round trips but due to your internal error and mis planning i am getting message that i have due amount rs.29236 after payment of full amount in both the booking id. In last 2 or 3 days regularly ur customer support team calling and giving different statement about my booking and payment and the are metal harassing me .I am in tension about my booking that it was confirmed or not.But seeing your false calls about the payment i am not satisfied about it .I if it not resolve i have move to court .So its my humble request to reply me today itself and solve the issue. thank you yours faithfully ashish singh mob-[protected], [protected]
