MakeMyTrip.com — Re refund

Dear Sirs, I am mailing regarding an outstanding issue I have with MakeMyTrip for a flight I had booked. I had booked a flight to Jaipur Bombay Jaipur for 25 Jan 2015 returning 27 Jan 2015. This was booked on Go Air. Due to weather conditions the flight had not taken off from Bombay till 10.00 AM at least on 25th Jan. Go Air staff authorised a full refund and made me sign a claim form too. Till date MakeMyTrip has not forwarded that refund to me. The case ref is : A Reference ID[protected]. I have been going back and forth trying to get a solution but no response from MakeMyTrip. I had also spoken to my bank and withdrawn the transaction but they have debited me again.
