Dear Sir, This is to kindly inform you that I have booked air tickets of economy class of Air India AI-9604 for 4 passengers, as follows 1. Ramesh Chandra Jaiswal 2. Lakshmi Jaiswal 3. Abhishek Jaiswal 4. Preety Jaiswal from Allahabad to New Delhi through on 15th Nov 2014 with the travelling date of 26th Jan 2015. Booking Reference Id - NF[protected] On 12th Jan 2015, I have got a mail from that due to some technical issues, the particular flight stand cancelled on 26th Jan 2015. After having words with customer care executive of, i got to know that i have two options either reschedule my flight or i can take refund. Then, i have mailed that kindly reschedule the flight on 25th Jan 2015 for the following passengers: 1. Ramesh Chandra Jaiswal 2. Lakshmi Jaiswal And cancelled the flight of the following passenger: 1. Abhishek Jaiswal 2. Preety Jaiswal. Later on, when i had checked through the Air India Call Centre Team to confirm about change schedule and cancellation status. Air India Team told me that my agent i.e. had requested to cancel all the 4 ticket. Then i had contacted team, then initially they are blaming me that this was my fault, they cant cant do anything but when i had send them all the proof of e-mail conversation then finally they that this was their mistake. And confirmed me that they pay refund of the following passengers: 1. Abhishek Jaiswal 2. Preety Jaiswal And also told me that they will arrange new tickets on the same itinerary for the following passengers, for whom they cancelled the tickets by mistake. Now, make my trip confirmed me through mail on 13th Jan 2015 that they had processed the refund amount of 3454 for the cancellation of the following passengers: 1. Abhishek Jaiswal 2. Preety Jaiswal And ask me to pay the balance amount of 10250 (as fare has been escalated till date) for the fresh booking of the following passengers with the assurance of the refund of 10250 within a week, paid by me. 1. Ramesh Chandra Jaiswal 2. Lakshmi Jaiswal Now from this point, make my trip team is doing all the wrong doers not to refund my amount 3454 & 10250. Initially, they told me that amount of 3454 has been processed from our side and now it is not our responsibility that your bank has been processed for this or not. Later on, i had sent them my a/c statement, which shows that i didnt get any refund from While contacting them, again they admit that this is their fault that they didnt processed the amount of 3454, even blaming me too, that i am lying. While doing regular conversation on call and mail too from past two months. Everytime i got a date of extension from them. It is almost 7 times from them to need extension to pay my refund. Last extension was till 10th march for paying the refund amount. while contacting today that your deadline ends yesterday, makemytrip people once again forcefully take an extension of 17th march. I think i have done a blunder mistake to book my air tickets from this worst travel portal and blocked my hard earned money due to the mistake of their own guys. Please suggest, what to do? I need basic amount of 3454 & 10250 and due to mental harrassment, now i need compensation too. Regards Abhishek Jaiswal
