[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund money has not been given | |||||
I made my reservation (NF[protected] for a flight leh -> Delhi, 13 Aug. The reservation failed due to some server problems. 13260 INR Has been deducted from my credit card, but I haven't got a ticket. I have called MakeMyTrip.com Several times, and they have ensured me I'll get my money back within couple of days. I kept calling them after each deadline they gave. The said 3 days, 4 days, 4 more days and so on. I was kindly waiting for my money for another month. They told me when I called them again that it has to be a full statment from the date of transation till then. I kindly sent another document, it was really weird why they haven't called my but I had to call them to get to know they need diffrent document. Anyway I did sent bank statment and I has been another 2 week since I haven't got any refund. I have escalted my case to menager level. He said: Greetings from Make My Trip! Please note that we are validating the details and will be initiating the refund of INR 13260.00 on 05th Oct towards the same form of payment which will reflect in your as per your bank's processing cycle.
