At the time of purchase, sales man told that we can exchange the ornaments at any of their branch in india within 15 days without paying a single rupee for the same weight. We purchased bangles from malabar whitefield bangalore. One bangle was deformed because of weak soldering between outer cover and core. We went to outlet with complaint. Initially they suggested to replace by paying additional making charges for new bangles but theses were purchased recently so we denied and asked for repair of soldering properly.
