Today i bought small ear rings weighing 1.150 gm from malabar gold outlet at phoenix mall pune for gifting to a kid of one month old. The branch charged 21 percentage as making charges initially but reduced to 19 percentage later stating as introduction offer. This is blatant violation of rules regarding making charges and i am contemplating legal action on this. Customers are advised to be more vigilant while transacting with this brand..

    I bought earrings from the online store (Website) of malabar gold and diamonds and had scheduled delivery (To the bangalore location) on a particular date for an occasion. Until 1 day prior i had no confirmation that my order has been dispatched or not hence i called the customer care to confirm whether my delivery was scheduled for the next day or not.
    To my shock i got to know that my order had not been even dispatched from their mumbai location and they asked me to wait few more days for the delivery!!! They ruined my occasion by doing this manual error. It is their executive's mistake completely by screwing up my order.
    By wasting infinite time, mood & energy on call with the online support team i was giving alternatives like 'maam why dont you visit our store in bangalore and buy the product'... Wow! Really!?... If i wanted and could buy it from the store then why would i have bought it online!!!
    Finally after much headache they promised me delivery 2 days after and after demanding refund they agreed for a part amount as soon as my order gets delivered.
    2 days later i received the order but for the promised refund i had to call them again and again and then they told me that it has been initiated.
    Again... After a week when i received no confirmation of refund (They had promised me a screenshot) i reached to the customer support again and got to know that they had not initiated the refund yet!!!
    After my complain they initiated it!!!
    For a simple order they ruined my occasion and made me follow up with them sooooooooo many times that i will never ever buy from these goons and will never recommend anyone to buy from their online stores everrrrr.
    Now what do they think the customers are? Some fools? For your knowledge the refund is yet not reached my account!!
    Strict actions should be taken against the entire team who has handled this. The names are vaibhav, sunita, ronandias and suraj
    This shop employees are very bad now.please change the saudi employees..Im 3 times going to this dammam lu lu branch but this man said i have no papper ...wt i say im very angry 4 malabar dammam

      I given my wife chain some repair (Soldering) purpose on date nov 19th 2017. That time they said 10-15 days it will take. But just now i spoke to malabar gold commercial street in bangalore they told another 10 days it will take. That way of talk also not professional, at the same time while buying new gold items anything they are speaking very smoothly but now we asking status they are not reporting to customer properly. What the hell why need to buy malabar worst customer service. Still they didn't give chain they reporting also very worst. Simply they taken too much time.

      Please don't buy malabr gold after buy any product they wont support they wont help.

        We went to malabar in bangalore commercial street in nov. We decided to buy a necklace by exchanging jewelry we had. They gave us an approximation value for the jewelry for rs. 4, 65, 000 and after discussing the cost of the jewelry we were buying they agreed for us to pay rs. 16, 000.
        So we agreed. They then took us to some dingy room on the top floor to supposedly melt the jewelry and get the exact gold weight. After melting they...

        I have purchased chain from hubli unit, within 3 weeks it has got broken. When asked they have asked to sell it n purchase new with extra amount. After lot of argument they have taken back the chain for repair and return. After several follow up i got call from hubli unit that it is ready for collection. I went 2 times to collect it they are giving chain. Telling the reason that it is not ready. If it is not why they have called me. Every time i have to spend fuel charges for their irresponsible manner.

          On 24th sep 2017 i had placed an order for ready to ship item of gold chain of 18" for 4.07 gms and i was asked to pay rs.12500/-
          Till date 17th oct 2017 is not dispatched and asking for extra amount even then the product is not ready and factory closed so cannot send the product.
          I had ordered for my mother bday on 20th oct and have been rigioursly following and every time the answer is will give status in half and hour time and that never came up and finally they say they cannot courier because of diwali holidays and only on 23rd they can ship the product.
          In spite of making payment full value of the product and they claim the product that i place is sold out and hence they manufactured a new one with price difference and even then 1 month window for delivery time, they were in capable to deliver. And out right says cannot deliver the goods.

          Very unpleasant and mental harassment along with money swallowing.

          I want to take serious legal action on them for their incapable service, rude behaviour and cheating nature, and top of all is sleeping on order, after taking full & final payment.

            I purchased a diamond ring from your mg road showroom one year back. Within one week of purchase one stone from that ring got lost and i got it repaired from the same showroom free of cost. But last month again the same stone got lost and again i contacted your showroom for fixing it. But this time they charged me rs 200 for a mistake which is not mine. It is the responsibility of malabar gold to provide quality for their diamond jewellerys. I tried to explain the situation to the staff over there. But instead of showing the courtesy to hear my grievance the salesman took my time explaining to me stories of similar situations and how you guys managed to charge in each occasion. So is this the fate of all your diamond jewellers? I am really cursing that moment at which i felt to buy your product. So is it like malabar gold doesn't even have the minimum responsibility to repair the ornaments, which was damaged due to their non quality jewellery making, without charging the customer?               We are very satisfied with your showroom gold... Very good designs... Very attractive... But we are not satisfied with your staff responds... And services in sharjah rolla area...

              I buy one gold ring for my friend birthday... On december-2016... After that she will go to your showroom and tell the staff that whole gold history which i buy from your showroom for checking that i gifted the new and how much weight... The staff will give whole gold history of mine which i buy from your showrooms... Is that your service? Why u guys are not keeping this confidential... Poor service...

                I purchased dimond ring from malabar gold and diamonds, qatar on 9th september 2017. At the time of purchase, sales man told that we can exchange the ornaments at any of their branch in india within 15 days without paying a single rupee for the same weight. So i bought the diamond ring as per his assurance.

                But unfortunately, those were large for me to wear. For exchanging the ring, my wife went to malabar gold and diamonds, thrissur branch on 11th september 2017 (2 days of purchase). And produced the diamond ring, original bill and purity certificate also but the salesman and manager told that they can not exchange the diamond ring.
                Malbar Gold shop marthalli changing 2% of gold coins. I am not sure about other branches but I know other shops are not charging making charge on cold coin

                  Dear all, anybody who is looking out for a job need to think 1000 times before you join the firm, the firm doesn't have any system, its purely un-standardized company, un-ethical behavior, no stability for any of the employee, never ever think of working peacefully over here because its a family business. I am one of the victim, anybody who is highly paid can be moved out in a single day, that is how it works and they go with that logic. All the top positions is handled by brainless people, so my humble request not to lose your future with malabar developers

                  I purchased a gold necklace around 15 yrs back from malabar golds show room at Calicut, that was the first show room of malabar gold, near Palayad bust and Calicut, but unfortunately when I exchanged it at malabar gold Thalassery, they found it to be 20 carat only,

                    Dear customer service team,

                    Order id :[protected]

                    Thanks for spoiling my gifting idea and thanks especially for raising my blood pressure with fake unconfirmed answer.

                    I have ordered this product and this was the second time i have done this due to great online shopping experience had with your earlier for order no.[protected] dated 29.12.2016.

                    For the above order, before going forward i had this word with the lady named ms. Roanna dias and i have explained the things to her which was that the order what i was placing is the birthday gift and wanted it to be delivered on 13th august 2017 for which she denied stating that the product can’t be delivered on sunday instead she can do the delivery on saturday 12th august 2017 for which i accepted and placed the order.

                    Now the worst experience what i have faced. At 12pm on 12.08.2017 i get a call from flipkart stating that the delivery is scheduled today and asked me to whom shall he handover the product, as i have already made the booking with flipkart on the other address… i explained him the things so this chapter close here.

                    And later at 5pm when i saw that the delivery was not yet done from malabar gold i went to the website and made the chat with ms. Roanna and she confirmed to me that the delivery has been done at my given address and requested me to check the same from my end to which i was surprised to know that there was no delivery done at my residence so i requested to forward me the delivery person number who has delivered the product to which she denied stating that the delivery person do not carry mobile along with them.

                    When i again went to call the customer service, it had kept me on hold for 36 mins without any one answering the call and nobody was responding on the chat as well. Then ms. Roanna confirm me that the product is out for delivery. Then i call the logistic team from bvc logistic to which they confirm that the call was made to me before delivery attempt and i was surprised as i didn’t receive any call from them and later i realised that i had received the call but it was from flipkart to which he confirmed that they also do the delivery of flipkart as well and erroneously he mentioned flipkart instead of bvc logistic or malabar gold.

                    Now when i asked them to deliver the product, he insisted me to be present there at the time of delivering the product and i was out and i requested him to handover the product to the maid who was present and it is the same maid who had taken the delivery of my earlier product order no.[protected] so i thought there shouldn’t be any problem but they denied and asked me to speak with the customer service team. Meanwhile i receive the sms from ms. Roanna stating that the if i don’t answer the call they wouldn’t be able to deliver the product today and so they will have to deliver the product on monday 14.08.2017.

                    Then she sends me the sms again as a reply to my sms stating that she needs me to be present at the address and only then they can be able to deliver the product and she can’t deliver the same to the maid as its against their policy and if there is no one available at my address then they will get the product back to the facility and would refund the amount within 7 working days.

                    Now my question to the above is
                    1. If this was the terms and condition, then why it was not informed to the customer earlier about the same.
                    2. Why the earlier order no.[protected] was delivered to maid if the same is against policy
                    3. Why there was no insurance to the order no.[protected] where in the order value was high. Even today your executive has confirmed that they proceed every online order with new india assurance insurance which is valid for 1 year.
                    4. Why the courier person stated that he is calling from flipkart when i have been informed that the courier would be delivered by bvc logistic.
                    5. And was it the way to send the sms to the customer which shows her arrogance.
                    6. How can an executive roanna recall the product when it was clearly mentioned to her that the delivery need to be done on saturday.
                    7. How does she have the audacity to tell me to take the refund which will be processes in 7days?
                    8. Why i was denied for the customer service head details and asked to send mail on this email id wherein i have the full right to speak with him/her and explain the chaos what i had faced and to what i had to go through.

                    Is this the kind of service available from malabar gold. Is this being the kind of treatment you give to the customer who is doing the transaction for the second time. Is this the way you treat your customer once he has done his transaction? Is this the kind of harassment you give to the customer who had believed and had faith for a successful birthday surprise which was ruined acutely.

                    I want the answer to the same with details explanation and along with the information on my gold insurance.

                        We purchased bangles from malabar whitefield bangalore. One bangle was deformed because of weak soldering between outer cover and core. We went to outlet with complaint. Initially they suggested to replace by paying additional making charges for new bangles but theses were purchased recently so we denied and asked for repair of soldering properly.
                        They took the bangles and kept with them by saying they will send factory for repair. We followed up for three weeks they're giving reason of forgetting to send to factory. We finally brought back unrepaired jewellery.

                          Hello, my self asveya... I wanna give comlaint on ur worker, who cheated me on 23.05.2017 evening by telling ki am the manager of the this malabar gold shimoga, 577201... I have profs and all... I can recognize that person who cheated me...
                          I came with my problem but instead of to inform manager they only decided and someone came and told me am the manger mam and tell ur problems, am a big fool due to tension i didt differentiate whos is worker and who is manager i believed he only manager i submitted my problem but he didt gave any solution...
                          Ok keep it my problem one side... First answer my question if someone came in ur shop by taking problem? U gguys fool them easyly and u ll cheat them by telling lie... For uneducated peoples how they ll cheated and its process is continu... Thats it, so really i was very dissappointed from shimoga staff workers behaviour really its better to take action for those workers who cheating for peoples... I[censored] wont believe just check the cc photage of 23.05.2017 arround 7.00pm onwards u ll get the answer... Even i have photos of that workers... Just they smiled for my problem and neglect it by thinking ki we are guggues...
                          Even i wanna i share my problem i purchased one gold chain on march month but i opened that cchain on 14.04.2017 but when i opened it two three times that hook connection was opened even i can sent that photo... I didt visit the shop due to i wanna make some gold for my sister mairrage i decided it to go at that time only because am the regular customer so i thought it they exchange it... Due to am working in state government as gazzedtted officer due finacial last month office work load is too heavy so i went on 23.05.2017... I told it my mistake and i told them to exchange it and give me new or my cash... They told me no madam we cant give you making charge for this so chain... But i told i didt used not even more than one day so how can u told like this antha so i told it them to call manger ill talk with him... Instead of to inform manager or call him.. Someone worker came and make it fool by telling ki am the manager of this malabar gold (Shimoga)... After i came out i just felt it ki they did fool for me then i suddenly called to landline no[protected]... And asked it ki u fooled me antha no madam we didt ok ill connect it to manager and talk with him antha then he connected someone he tlked me i asked him u are the manager of malabar gold then he told yes madam, then i asked his name he told me mohammed sufan (Safan)... So plz take action those people...

                            I tried selling my 24 karat gold coin at malabar and asked for price for 24 karat gold, they told me they dont have price list for 24 karat as they only deal with 22 karat at stores, so the price they will consider is price of 22 karat per gram + 100 rupees it was so illogical, i was feeling i am on a vegitable store they way he was deciding the price for 24 karat coin. so i tried to explain the difference in the quality and prices but he did not understood and told its our policy, i was cursing my self that why i entered a relationship with such illitrates. well i would request you to please share the price of 24 karat gold officially to all the stores every day the way you are sharing price for 22 karat. otherwise people will surely be cheated at your stores.

                            let me tell you the price of one gram 24 karat gold when i went the store was 3007 and the price of one gram 22 karat was 2785 and they offered me price for one gram 24 kadat gold 2785 + 100 means 2885 which was a open cheating when the benchmark price for the day was 3007

                              Hi. Actually my friend wanted to purchase some gold article today so I suggested her to visit Malabar because of the collections so she agreed and purchased a beautiful pendant in Malabar Phoenix Marketcity.

                              And I saw the offer that "Free Gift with every Purchase" so I got fascinated with the offer and planned to buy something at-least some minimal contribution and bought a gold coin of 2 gms but later they said there is no gift to gold coins. that's bad I felt very sad actually

                              Then why do you have to mention "free with every purchase" cant you mention free with every gold ornament higher than some price or some conditions.
                              My friend got a good gift and I came empty handed :(

                                On 25.12.2016, I had with family visited Malbar Gold Show Room at 22, Camac Street, Kolkata along with Friend and his family. We had some purchases there also. But the behavour of the persons dealing with us and the Cashier were baffling us. Minimum courtesy to offer seats to us to see the items we like to purchase was missing. I had to remind for that and then we got a seat. Further at the time of making payment, I expressed my displeasure at the counter, but that person was still hopeless and non challant. Even, he was so demcare that he was not bothered when I told to record my observations in the Visitor's book. I recorded by views and experience in the Book kept in the show room and mentioned my name and Contact Number.
                                More than a month has passed I have not received any call/response from someone who cares for its Customer. This indicates that the Showroom and the persons are lease concerned for the service and quality of items they sale. Hopeless ...                                   Today 10th Dec 2016 I had purchased a finger ring as per the above mentioned invoice.

                                  To check the purity of my wedding ring I had handed over to the Counter Sales girl who in turn had handed over to Vijesh to be tested on the Karat Meter of Fisher Make.

                                  Please make a note, that my company SPECTRO also makes, sell and service Karat Meter-so I am aware how these instrument works

                                  When they returned my wedding ring, I have noticed that the ring was damaged, it was filed at two points as seen in the enclosed file. It shows nothing but malpractice done by your establishment wherein gold are filed away in the name of measurement.

                                  The only compensation given was apologies and later on your sales team assured they can polish /rectify the same within a couple of hours. This after agreeing much reluctance, they later informed that it will be done and returned in 2-3days. This was unacceptable.

                                  THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY DIGUSTING AND HAS NEVER BEEN SUBJECTED TO SUCH A BUNCH OF ILL-TRAINED SALES TEAM.

                                  Maybe you should visit the nearby jewellery store at Tanishq to more about the service they offer.

                                  To conclude, how are you going to compensate for this damage and make your team responsible?

                                  If I will not receive any response till the day end I will be putting the above matter in all the needful website and forum to share what I had to go through from your Andheri Sales Office.

                                  Further I am using this experience to share will all those of my concerned to never to visit your group for doing any business

                                  To add to the above, received a call couple of days ago, asking me to withdraw my review/complaint, as thier willing to remove the dent done on my wedding ring and the same will take only 2-3 hours . To this I need to hand over my wedding ring again to thier staff (as against thier Andheri staff’s earlier statement of 3 days !!).

                                  I have lost all trust here and so why should one part with the same, after all the damage done in front of my own eyes .

                                  Also they informed me that they have taken action against the erring employee, Vijesh (who knows if it is really real).

                                  The tactics so employed is still not convincing .

                                      I purchsed gold bangles online from malabargoldonline and was promised diwali promotion of 12 0.05 mm gold coins and a discount of making charges

                                      when i recieved my parcel my coins were not sent they are foolong clients by confirming something and then not delivering from 9th Nov i have raised this to either return or send gold coins but staff is very unprofesional and no action is being taken

                                      i spoke to Mr Abhishek and emailed also many times to care team but no revert
                                      i was missold the product and so need a action against them

After the delivery, you called us on 9th Nov 2016 and only informed that you haven't received the free gold coins to Ms.Roanna and not about the returning of the product. Also you have written an email regarding the same on 23rd Nov 2016.

                                      This is complete cheating for my call on 9th Nov why wasnt i informed the gold coins will not be given so i would have emailed same day that i dont need the product

                                      Officer told me gold coins are being dispatched seperately i need to hear the call recordings asap for my sale as Henna who sold me the product told me clearly this is product disc and not gold coins adjustment i asked for adjustment n make to 127500 but she refused n asked to take gold coins only

                                      you all are fooling the clients send me the recording n i have taken a legal complait against this misselling
