My wife has purchased some Gold jewellery from Malabar Gold Store on 18th June from Noida sector 18 branch and I was being promoted by executive that. i can return the product if does like within 7 days policy. But when she asked to return 1 of the Item from her purchased jwellery they denied their policy completely and even denied for exchange the product as well It seems to be very much frustrating experience.
I sen email complaint on their e-mail id ([protected]@malabargroup.com) care.[protected]@malabargoldanddiamonds.com but no resolution yet. Madhu kaushik

      now i came back to exchange with new one the old one is showing the weight with 18 GM's when I asked the dilsuknagar branch(hyderabad) he gave me useless and arrogant answer so where can I find the solutio

        I had exchanged an Malabar diamond earring with gross weight 1.995. The calibration machine was fluctuating between 1.941-1.992 which is huge.

        The sales person Muhammed shanif A K considered 1.935 inspite of the fact that the calibration machine didn’t show this figure.

        It was raised with the sales person that what he was considering was wrong inspite of that, they have considered 1.935. Later he agreed to consider 1.945 but inspite that during billing they have again considered 1.935.

        This is absolute cheating.
        I don’t understand why such a reputed organisation cheats consumers during valuation especially when it was their own in-house jewellery which was exchanged. And how is it that they don’t have an accurate calibration machine.

          Vegas mall Sales person - Arun, miscommunicate regarding the 11 month scheme, he told you will get 18 % discount on making charge if you will take the gold at dhanteras time, I have paid 10k on 22 Apr'23.
          Also not shared any scheme brochure so I can read and decide, my mistake is to trust Malabar. I got to know this today when he give the passbook other important details also not shared, very disappointed. I want my submitted money back asap.

            To whom so ever concerned,

            Respected Sir/Madam, I am Dr. Mitchelle A. Engineer, a Breast Cancer Surgeon at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and I believe in investing in gold.So I preferred to purchase gold coins from Malabar Gold thinking it is a trustworthy and customer friendly brand.Now when I needed some cash for some personal reasons, I sold two 10 gm gold coins back to the same Malabar gold shop at Phoenix Palladium Mall, Parel, Mumbai. When I was purchasing the gold coins, every detail regarding price of 24carat gold coins on that day, % of making charges deduction, deduction of SGST and CGST and then the total final amount to be paid for the same-was all mentioned in the given bill.When I went to sell two gold coins of 24 carat of 10gm each back to the same shop on 13/4/23, the gold price was 61200 on that day for 10gm 24carat gold, deduction was done of 2% and after that the amount was tranferred to my bank account through NEFT.Now the irony is that this time in the given bill, they did not mention the price of 24carat gold of that day and also the percentage of deduction done in detail and the reason for it eg. whether it was for making charges, GST etc. They just deducted the 2% and mentioned in the bill the final amount to be returned to me.No other details mentioned in the bill.On requesting the staff to mention foresaid details in the bill, they said to me that they have told me everything orally, so no need to mention in the bill as it against company's policy.They also told me to go online and read the company's policy. So my simple question is that why don't I have the right to get a bill with every detail mentioned in it this time? I don't mind the company deducting 2% from it as per policy, but on how much amount it is deducted, why it is deducted -all that details has to come in the bill. Anything and everything done with customer's money has to be properly documented.So, I hereby request the company to kindly provide me the bill of 13/4/23 with each and every detail on it. Also kindly educate the staff of the shop with the same and train them to provide a polite and genuine answer to customers which can be swallowed.Hoping for a reply at the earliest.Thank you.

            The Invoice no of the bill when I purchased gold on 21/8/2022 and when I sold it on 13/4/2023-is there in the photo.

              We give engagement rings order to malabar gold Madurai showroom for both bride and groom. The salesman told the rings will bs given within 40 days. After 3 to 4 days the agent called us and asked for the reference image of bride's ring again which was already given along with the advance receipt. He also told it will take 50 days more. We already paid an advance of 35k . This is not the behavior we expect from such a reputed company

                I have completed 2 Gold coin purchase advance plan from year 2018 and 2019 in Malabar Gold and Diamond, Ramanathapuram Branch, Tamilnadu, after i completed the schemes, they closed the shop due to covid occasion.then after opening the jewalery shop when i asked for the gold coin for the money for this scheme. they did not give me the price of the gold coin on the closed date.but now they are asking me for more money and fix the current rate. so please give gold coin at the rate of my last installment as per norms.

                    We bought gold ring in the month of nov 22 and it broke down in the month of January 23, when I took it to Gurgaon branch the branch manager was very rude ask me to drop the ring for one month and the ring is still with Malabar and when I asked why it's broken so early he said it's a delicate item you cannot wear it on daily basis but while selling it wasn't the case ...I told him to exchange he said not possible...I recommend not to buy anything from Malabar

                        Fraud people work here.
                        Can't solve any problems
                        They will promise to come back with solution and they never call back, because they have no solution.

                        They are incompetent/ incapable people.

                        Inspite of making payment .I haven't received my product. They have been fraudsters and just taken my money.

                          I visited Malabar Gold & Diamonds store in Raipur (C.G), where I was deciding to purchase silver bracelet of 49.9 GM's, on 11th Dec'22 price of Silver was 68.10/- and they were charging 73+making charges
                          The usual making charges of silver is 25/- per gram
                          That makes the price of bracelet 4, 890/-
                          BUT
                          They were selling it at 8, 500/-

                          When I asked them, if I buy today and sell in same store today only... What will you buy at?

                          They said they will buy at ONLY 3500/-.

                          2 times cheating.
                          1. Why price of silver is 73/- when Govt. Price that day 68/-
                          2. Why the markup if more than 2x?

                          This is clear case of cheating in metals market. Govt should intervene to prevent Indian Citizen from unfair prices by jwellers in Gold & Silver markets

                                I have purchased ear ring stud for my daughter in your Gulbarga Branch, as she is 4yrs old she doesn't know that the stud back side screw became loose unfortunately it has been lost. But one month back only i have purchased it and i have visited your store also but the sales representative not responded properly and he adviced me to sell the stud and purchase new one.. of a single screw which cost around ₹50 -₹100 your executive Recommends me to sell it. When you can't give the service to the customers after you selling the products what is the use of buying the product from your end..

                                  My order I’d[protected] I ordered 3 earrings one rose gold with diamond another one with gold and last with platinum. I got the rose gold and the gold one and for the platinum they are asking more than I ordered. I have already paid the extra amount after the final calculation and still asking more for this platinum one so I do not need the product any more. I emailed called all the numbers provided no answer.

                                    I have ordered earrings through online malabar gold and diamonds website. They mentioned international shipping will be done in 2 weeks while ordering but after placing order they took one month to deliver and I didn’t receive it yet.
                                    I have sent a message or called to the customer care number they gave but they are not responding to the messages or phone calls.

                                    It is no where matching to item that I ordered and item it was about to deliver.

                                    My request is please cancel my order and refund the amount to my card

                                    Attached the photos while ordering and photos that shared while delivering.

                                      Would like to highlight the discrepancy & frustration experienced during handling my Gold Exchange & purchase made from Malabar Southex, Delhi on 2nd Oct'22..

                                      This case was being handled by Mr.Naeem Abbas and the person was not competent enough to handle the case transparently and I believe some fraudulent practices are being done by him in Malabar, Southex as no where in the Exchange document it was written that the Gold which was exchanged was of 19 Carat and there was no scientific calculation as per the guidelines of the Company for arriving at the exchange Price of Rs 3927/- whereas in all your Tax Invoice of the new purchase it was written as 22 Carat..

                                      Further even after rationalising the Price of 19 Carat they have deducted 2% extra for which no transparent rationale has been shown by the Team and even after asking for Company guideline documents it was not shown to me which convinced me that Mr.Naeem and Malabar Southex Team is involved in fraudulent activities

                                      I was forced to sign the Customer Feedback Form by Mr.Naeem & a lady which actually should be signed as per the Willingness of the Customer and not by force that's why I have given negative remarks and Poor feedback for the Southex Store & its Staff Mr.Naeem.. All the Customer details are already available in the database but Mr.Naeem refused to get the details from the database and forced me to sign the feedback form..

                                      I also enquired that during my last purchase made for a Gold Chain from Malabar Gurgaon Store they only cleaned by Spraying and dusting why melting is being done here at South Ex Store to which Mr.Naeem didn't give any satisfactory reply and told that it was been done by the Company 5 years before but now they have stopped that practice and only go for melting which is wrong as i have done the purchase in the month of May'22 (03rd May'2022) only.

                                      Everytime a new person walks in and creates confusion during the entire transaction process involving multiple employees from Malabar that reduces the Trust on Brand Malabar and tarnishes the image of the Company. Hence would urge Malabar Management to investigate and take strict action against the persons involved and please revert on the above said concerns raised.

                                        I went with my fiancee and brother to get a gold chain on 20th september 2022. Finally after choicing a gold chain of 24grams, as mentioned on the website, we agreed to pay 10% of the total price and the balance amount while collecting the delivery during upcoming festival - Dhanteras. After wasting almost 40minutes, the sales man did not agree to keep that particular chain even after we told him that we have blocked the product like this every year before diwali and use to collect it on dhanteras. He did not even bother to listen or reply and rudely refused to block the chain stating you will keep on getting these designs and that we won't block it for more than a week. However, the website clearly states that you can pay 10% and collect it by 23rd October. Despite of requesting, the sales person simply wasted our time and did not agree towards it hereby behaving rudely. This is not the 1st time i am buying any jewellery from Malabars, I have been buying since 2016 and you may be able to track it by the records as well. I do not recommend anyone malabras going ahead as they d o not follow the protocols what is mentioned on the website. Simply embarrasing, rude behaviour, unethical behaviour.
