After giving order, I got a call informing that the First one will be delivered after 40days as it is not readily available.The second item (Malabar gold green stone, Prodoct sku-BaliEJDSDZ), is already delivered.

As of today the number of days became 70 days
from the date of giving order.

    I have purchased ear ring stud for my daughter in your Gulbarga Branch, as she is 4yrs old she doesn't know that the stud back side screw became loose unfortunately it has been lost. But one month back only i have purchased it and i have visited your store also but the sales representative not responded properly and he adviced me to sell the stud and purchase new one.. of a single screw which cost around ₹50 -₹100 your executive Recommends me to sell it. When you can't give the service to the customers after you selling the products what is the use of buying the product from your end..

      My order I’d[protected] I ordered 3 earrings one rose gold with diamond another one with gold and last with platinum. I got the rose gold and the gold one and for the platinum they are asking more than I ordered. I have already paid the extra amount after the final calculation and still asking more for this platinum one so I do not need the product any more. I emailed called all the numbers provided no answer.

        I have ordered earrings through online malabar gold and diamonds website. They mentioned international shipping will be done in 2 weeks while ordering but after placing order they took one month to deliver and I didn’t receive it yet.
        I have sent a message or called to the customer care number they gave but they are not responding to the messages or phone calls.

        It is no where matching to item that I ordered and item it was about to deliver.

        My request is please cancel my order and refund the amount to my card

          Would like to highlight the discrepancy & frustration experienced during handling my Gold Exchange & purchase made from Malabar Southex, Delhi on 2nd Oct'22..

          This case was being handled by Mr.Naeem Abbas and the person was not competent enough to handle the case transparently and I believe some fraudulent practices are being done by him in Malabar, Southex as no where in the Exchange document it was written that the Gold which was exchanged was of 19 Carat and there was no scientific calculation as per the guidelines of the Company for arriving at the exchange Price of Rs 3927/- whereas in all your Tax Invoice of the new purchase it was written as 22 Carat..

          Further even after rationalising the Price of 19 Carat they have deducted 2% extra for which no transparent rationale has been shown by the Team and even after asking for Company guideline documents it was not shown to me which convinced me that Mr.Naeem and Malabar Southex Team is involved in fraudulent activities

          I was forced to sign the Customer Feedback Form by Mr.Naeem & a lady which actually should be signed as per the Willingness of the Customer and not by force that's why I have given negative remarks and Poor feedback for the Southex Store & its Staff Mr.Naeem.. All the Customer details are already available in the database but Mr.Naeem refused to get the details from the database and forced me to sign the feedback form..

          I also enquired that during my last purchase made for a Gold Chain from Malabar Gurgaon Store they only cleaned by Spraying and dusting why melting is being done here at South Ex Store to which Mr.Naeem didn't give any satisfactory reply and told that it was been done by the Company 5 years before but now they have stopped that practice and only go for melting which is wrong as i have done the purchase in the month of May'22 (03rd May'2022) only.

          Everytime a new person walks in and creates confusion during the entire transaction process involving multiple employees from Malabar that reduces the Trust on Brand Malabar and tarnishes the image of the Company. Hence would urge Malabar Management to investigate and take strict action against the persons involved and please revert on the above said concerns raised.

            I went with my fiancee and brother to get a gold chain on 20th september 2022. Finally after choicing a gold chain of 24grams, as mentioned on the website, we agreed to pay 10% of the total price and the balance amount while collecting the delivery during upcoming festival - Dhanteras. After wasting almost 40minutes, the sales man did not agree to keep that particular chain even after we told him that we have blocked the product like this every year before diwali and use to collect it on dhanteras. He did not even bother to listen or reply and rudely refused to block the chain stating you will keep on getting these designs and that we won't block it for more than a week. However, the website clearly states that you can pay 10% and collect it by 23rd October. Despite of requesting, the sales person simply wasted our time and did not agree towards it hereby behaving rudely. This is not the 1st time i am buying any jewellery from Malabars, I have been buying since 2016 and you may be able to track it by the records as well. I do not recommend anyone malabras going ahead as they d o not follow the protocols what is mentioned on the website. Simply embarrasing, rude behaviour, unethical behaviour.

              Ordered make in Nose pin. Order No.[protected] As mentioned in make in order, I should receive it by Sep 3rd. Till today, I have not received yet. When Checking Sameer Customer care do not answer properly or correct status. When last contacted on 9th Sep, he mentioned it is in shipping and will receive by 13th Sep. When trying to reach through customer contact number, my call is getting lifted but no response (no voice)

                This is regarding the placing of an order for Heritage Temple design Gold Necklace at the Malabar Kolkata branch.

                I would like to report the matter to the authorities at the Head Office of Malabar Gold and Diamonds wherein the staff at the Kolkata branch is found to be extremely laid back and least enthusiastic. I wanted to place the order for the heritage necklace on a made-to-order basis as the design I liked has gone out of stock at the stores of Malabar Gold and Diamonds. I requested the staff (Mr Abdul and store manager) to coordinate with the concerned dept at head office to identify the karigar who had created the original piece or get the product information (with gold weight, gems weight, etc.) as I wanted to place the order. I requested the Kolkata branch to coordinate with the head office of Malabar Gold and Diamonds so that the order can be placed with the same master who initially developed the piece.

                It appears that they are only interested in selling readymade pieces, and do not show much interest and are reluctant in having customized orders. I have received a very dissatisfactory response stating that we are not able to trace any information about the product or the karigar from Head Office. In addition, they feel that it is not possible to create the same piece as there will be many variations. Customer satisfaction is the least of their interest.

                I have attached the photo of the necklace for reference and would like to get connected with a proactive "product development team" who can have it made by karigar (master) who has experience in making the temple heritage necklace earlier.

                  We are regular customer of Malabar and last year purchased few items from Sector-18, Noida, UP showroom. One gold chain got damaged just after a month or so but we could not visit showroom due to some family reasons. On last sunday we visited above showroom for repair of chain but first staff refused stating it is not repairable but after long persuasions they got agreed with lot of if and buts, so we droped the idea.
                  The behaviour of staff was very rude and unacceptable.
                  We request to resolve issue immediately else we will left with no optio to raise issue on social media and also at consumer court.

                    We visited the shop on 17 July 2022 and we're waiting at the billing for more than 10 minutes but the cashier choose to bill the other customer who came later, when questioned he did not respond . While waiting my 2 years old kid started crying that's when I yelled at him...but he didn't even care and all other customers started laughing at me.
                    So ultimately if you visit davangere Malabar branch be ready to make payment and get insulted by the cashier who thinks it's his privilege to laugh at customer... while all this was happening my son was still crying...may be my purchase value was insignificant to them.

                      There is no sense of your ludhiana store Sales Executive Mr Manoj as I am your old customer and now again i want to start my Monthly kitty with you of Rs.20000/- per month and i called Mr. manoj from last 2 days and yesterday i called him 6-7 times but he even didn’t pick the call and today again i called him 2 times and he picked my call after ignoring 2 calls and after picking call his behavior is very bad and he asked me I am not picking the calls as i am personal works and i didn’t pick call on my holiday as yesterday he is on holiday and now today i opened my kitty of Rs.20000/- in Kalyan Jewellers due to bad services and that type of behaviour of your company employees.

                      For your kind information they are in service industry and if behaviour of your employees is like this your stores are closed very soon so look into the matter on priority and trained your team members otherwise these type of employees surely loss your company.

                        I went to exchange earrings for my mother.

                        They gave me a price of 18867/-.

                        The detail of the new product was written as follows
                        GW: 3.4, NW: 3.4, SW: 0.0, SC: 0.0, VA: 8.7
                        I understand that NW is net weight, VA is the making charge in %, and VAT is 3%.
                        So I did my own calculation as per the gold rate (INR 4685 per gram) today (10th July 2022). i.e.

                        3.4*4685*1.087*1.03 = 17834/-

                        I realized that their quoted price for the item was around 1500 INR higher than the actual price as per the tag. They did this for all three of my products. I am attaching a photo of their calculation, which later I made them revise.
                        Thankfully I knew the calculation and therefore saved from being cheated. Imagine thousands of people being cheated by these frauds every day. So I request you to kindly initiate an inquiry and address this issue as early as possible.

                            It's been 3 and half months since I have given my wife's golden bracelet for soldering as it was broken on its first use and I wasn't received it till now..even after visiting the branch( malabar gold and diamond Tumkur) for 3 times and even after regular follow ups through calls.. your customer executive Mr.vinay mark zadmali has been very ignorant that he won't reply after he attend the complaint.. he only say that to give him 10 minutes to check with the complaint and will call me back.. and he never come back with the reply . Please resolve this ASAP as my family were honest customer of malabar gold and diamond and we only buy jewellery from here.

                              In March 30 - 2022, I went to purchase a bangle from Malabar Gold and Diamonds' Pathanamthitta showroom. (to buy a new bangle given the old gold).At that time I gave an advance of Rs.2000, and said that they(staff) would build the new bangle within a week. (Advance receipt uploaded)

                              Even after 10 days, when there was no response, I called the branch but did not receive any accurate update. So exactly 20 days later on April 19 - 2022, I went back to the showroom and showed the receipt of the advance purchase. When I asked for the product I was able to find out that no such order had been placed. They said that it was a mistake on the part of the Malabar Gold staff and that they would make the bangle within the next 10 days.When there was a very irresponsible attitude on the part of the staff, I canceled the order and asked for a refund.However, the staff said that the money could not be refunded and would be delivered to the house where the bangle was made within 8 days.Accordingly, they bought 8.370 grams which we had and paid a bill of Rs. 36739.45..(bill copy uploaded)

                              According to them, when contacted by the branch on[protected], they said that the product would be delivered to the next day.Now, a week later, there has been no response.This is cheating.For my difficulty as a Customer Malabar Gold Pathanamthitta Branch Staff and Management
                              they are equally guilty.If I had to go to the branch one more time, I would have to drive more than 25 km, It's the maximum of a customer's inconvenience.The approach of sticking to the customer after receiving the money received for the order is totally unacceptable..

                              I file a complaint against the operation of Malabar Gold and Diamond Pathanamthitta Showroom for adopting such an irresponsible approach.A copy will also be given to the Consumer Court.The audio clip of the conversation with the staff will also be updated on social media to prove their irresponsible attitude.
                              As a customer, I expect a comforting response from Malabar Gold..

                                Taken an estimate slip of 9.75 gram gold in that it va wrote 19.89 % but in gold tag it's 18.89% but clarification I waited half an hour and they told it's wrongly printed it should be 19.89%. But very bad experience in this showroom. So plz everyone should aware about these types of scams...

                                  I am delighted(in a negative way) with the service of Malabar..!! I have never seen such a service from anyone.
                                  Those people are pushing customers not to come to Malabar again.

                                  Below are the points:
                                  1. Order was Delayed more than expected for which they have given multiple reasons.
                                  2. There was no communication before for this order price change after manufacturing, but people sent me a quote and I paid.br...

                                    I purchased one 18 inch gold chain from Malabar. On 13th April and I put it on for return on 14th April because it's short length to me. Now it's almost 11 days no one responded to me no reply no one come for pickup I want solution, someone come from Malabar and receive the product and refund my money
