I have had the worst experience with the MALABAR GOALD AND DIAMONDS online site. They are complete FRAUDS !!!
I had ordered an earring through their site. I did not receive the product on the expected delivery date. The reason they gave was that the product was not in stock!! Malabar gold at Thodupuzha made me to join a scheme(Gold gain scheme).
They promised that 15 percentage of making charge will be deducted if I join this scheme and pay the price in advance.
On maturity of the scheme when I went to purchase the gold they gave only 9.9 percentage deduction in making charges and cheated me....
