Hi this is sravanthi my bill invoice number. 5305c01N0012838 i visited on[protected] and no one received us just care less answer giving billed 2 finger rings my husband ring is not fiting Properly exective told he will increase size but not happen on[protected] again I came I told to exchange it but he told there no exchange in malabar gold I told him to increase size but he is telling to go outside store work will done her takes one month time for increase size yesterday also I asked him for gem stone ring he is telling just go other out side store u will get then why I should come to malabar gold i[censored]nable to sale gem stone and size increase not done here I told ask your manager he also telling same your employees r just saleing your products just telling go to lingampally other store not even have kids rings also and asked for gun shot to my kid 3year he is telling come after one year to make reason telling she is small then I visit beside your store nathu and gun shot done there why u keep like this employees in your company am old customers in Somajiguda branch in chanda nagar beside waste service here am not happy and i strongly never ever refer any one but i need exchange it

      I had purchased jewellery from malabar gold and diamonds 4 to 5 times including for my marriage purpose for a good amount from kerala.By keeping this as i was satisfied with their service in kerala, when i shifted to hyderabad i went to kondapur branch their a new lady staff was there who literally tried to had argument and misbehaved and was unwilling to show what exactly i needed.This happened on[protected]. Hence its a humble request to the management/ team of malabar gold and diamonds to have a look at the staff and guide how they need to treat customers.

          I have had the worst experience with the MALABAR GOALD AND DIAMONDS online site. They are complete FRAUDS !!!
          I had ordered an earring through their site. I did not receive the product on the expected delivery date. The reason they gave was that the product was not in stock!! Why was the product on display then? They asked me to wait for a week and I did that. Then when I asked for the refund they said that they have initiated it but I did not receive any kind of mail confirmation from them. I have been continuously following up for the past 2 to 3 weeks. Please help me out. Now the customer care is extremely rude with me. They have blatantly asked me to go to the consumer court and file a case.
          That is how confident they are. They know that this will buy them more time. I want to my money to be refunded!!

            Dear concern,
            I have enrolled monthly scheme of saving of Aed 400, while enrollment no one told me that if I skip payment I should wait 2 months more to enjoy the bonus offer, and during payment also I asked no one told me this condition or such policy. I have cleared 12 months today when I told them to close the scheme and purchase gold. Stadium branch manager and staff told me I have to wait till may. Why should I wait when I paid full 12 months. It is very clear you people dont give any proper data while accepting our money when we come back to encash as gold. You make us run around. Very bad and pathetic service. Even your store manager is not clear on his answer. Thank you malabar gold for making us dissatisfied will ensure we share my experience with our collection let them not face this issue with you people. Dont take customer for granted and mis guide them.

              I purchased one pair of diamond butees (ear rings) at your branch in Tirupati in 2013 ..which i wish to resale .I tried 5 times they are rejecting..day before yester day again i went they asked me to come yesterday .again i went yesterday by 7 pm they made me to wait till 9 pm the shop was almost closedbut they didnt process my return process and asked me to come again buti rejected and asked to complete by themselves as i ve handedover the diamond ear rings and guarantee card too.They ve not even given me any acknowledgement and and not even processed today when i enquired just now they are saying that rate has come down. and not done the return process and with out any acknowledgement they are keeping my diamond ear rings with them.

                We have purchased ruby ring in 2017 also got certificate of it . During purchase person told that we get full cost of ruby on exchange if we have card . Now when we went to exchange the item they say that we dont take birth stones as exchange . While purchasing the item we didn't ask for birth stone they forced us that it's very good investment only stone cost was 18k without ring and betrayed us . Malabar as Rao Nagar Telangana hyderabad has very bad service no person is educated and no manners how to talk with customers very rude behaviour all false assumptions are given . Very bad service after we have shown our payslips of our previous purchases also there is no proper response . The persons in store much have knowlege before they sell and has to communicate everything truthfully . While purchase they say 1000s of things on exchange they change their words . extremely disappointed .

                  I have purchased a ear ring for my doughter. From malabar gold & diamonds thodupuzha.. And item was damed after 6 month. I approchd them to repair it they told me its not possible. Even they have freee repair policy. Bt they refuse to repair it. They ask me to change with new one. So i spoke to customer care service. From tre also i got negative respond only . Highly disappointed for such response from malabar gold & diamonds

                    I had been to your shop at Aurangabad branch in Dec 2020 to purchase some ornaments however I couldn’t find any good designs. I finally somehow took one anklet. The sales person also convinced us to take a golden gain plan. I had already informed him that I was a visitor there and it will be difficult for me to purchase from their outlet.                     We had ordered for fancy Gold Bangle of gross weight 12.43gms with Advance Invoice number: CMRGAP0001459 /bill date: 16/11/2021 worth net amount of Rs.57364.45/-

                    We had already purchased the similar bangle a month ago. We liked the design so we had ordered for its replica. The executive Aravidan M had promised to deliver us a similar bangle upon full payment. We actually sold them another good-looking gold bangle to pay this full amount with Invoice No.7934 Dated 16/11/2021 Time: 20:09:52.

                    After receiving the order, the delayed the delivery and latter delivered us a defective fancy bangle. Though it looked similar, on wearing the damaged golden bangle will cause scar on the skin and will damage worn fabric also. We refused to receive such damaged item. Realizing their mistake, the manager offered to repair this new bangle and promised to deliver on door. But the next day the delivery person actually came home with similar damaged bangle and tried to convince us to receive it. We strictly refused to receive a damaged item. Now they want us to give refund of our amount paid, honestly think from our perspective. We actually sold a good-looking bangle to pay full amount. The store manager was so stubborn to make us pay full amount of money in advance. No waiting after 3 months they want us just return the money. Kindly do the needful such that we get justice and we will be very happy if we receive the same good looking fancy bangle without any manufacturing defects.

                      We have ordered a wedding ring for bride & groom in malabar gold manglore. When I came to take the ring it was strucked in the finger because of the small size. Then try to correct it & ring got damaged .we lost our hope in malabar gold & waisted our time. Even the bride ring also had the same issue . What responsibilities you have.

When contacted Malabar Chandigarh Showroom, they told us that these bangles are not for regular use. Whereas, at the time of purchase it was never told to us.

                          Reg Gold Scheme promised and actual wastage charges

                          I have enrolled for a Gold Scheme with Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Habsiguda in Feb 2021. Initially I told the salesman that due to covid, I may not be regular in the monthly payments. Then the team assured that we can pay the payments the next month if you cannot pay for a month.

                          Due to covid second wave, I delayed my payments for few days but later I paid all the payments. Now when I am nearing to encashing...

                          A gold necklace worth Rs 3, 09, 000 was purchased from Malabar Gold and Diamonds, Pheonix Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai on 09/10/2021 for son's wedding ceremony. One of it's part broke on the 1st day (which was the wedding day) o[censored]se itself, making it useless. Since the item is quite big, we had not considered any other chains/necklaces to be worn. It was a shameful incident for us as the groom's mother was not able to wear ANY neck piece jewellery during the event.

                          When we contacted the showroom regarding this issue, we were told that it will be repaired. A repair is not acceptable as we're afraid the same incident might repeat.
                          As a resolution, we need this necklace replaced with another jewwllery item, or a full refund including the making charges.

                            I, Dr Deepthi S working in Delhi, went to malabar gold south ex branch for repairing a gold chain of my husband which was broken last day with regular use (cutting chain which was brought on October 2020) .

                            While the salesman himself checked he could find 2 or 3 sites of broken points and told needs soldering at multiple points. At that time I asked what kind of quality assurance Malabar gold is giving the manager at South ex told me gold is a metal so it will break with normal use.

                            If a gold chain which was brought just one year back if it can have so much wear and tear in one year of regular use and your employee himself saying your gold can be easily broken then better you ought to do something about your quality.

                            Unfortunately I have a gold scheme (2122/000249) at Malabar gold which was opened on July 2021, I want to close the scheme and get the refund as soon as possible before the stipulated period because am not interested in investing where breakable and poor quality items are sold.

                              I like to complain about the diamond ring purchased from Malabar gold Bahrain hidd branch.
                              I have purchased a diamond ring on 12-september 2021, from the above mentioned branch, since i have purchase the ring diamonds are keep falling apart, today third time i have given my purchased product to Malabar gold Bahrain Hidd branch to fix the missing diamond,
                              At the time of purchase it has been said that i can be used on daily basis, even though the product is used occasionally, the diamonds r keep falling. And as per MGD they have done there best to keep customer service and from next time there will be charges applicable.
                              I have requested to check.the issue and inform if it is possible to exchange the ring because every time it is given to service it takes 5 to 10 days to fix. The response was the value of the ring will reduce to 98 BHD, which i have paid 160 BHD.
                              Given reason that i have requested MGD to resize the ring, at the time of purchased it was not mentioned to me that if the ring goes for resize there will be no exchange afterwords. During purchased it has been said that anything happen we are here at your service and all, anything happens we are here, we can change the item for you if you didn't like it, and now within 2 months MGD is reducing appropriate 30% of the ring value.the given commitments and words by MGD has no value of customer and their products?
                              The sales person said you have to stop knocking the ring around, do MGD things that we have no value of our items which we are knocking the item around to get damage?
                              I AM MGD customer since 2006, It is the bad ever experience with MGD this time and the team handling is really bad at all. They are trying to say that this is our mistake and i have no value of the product.
                              One day my wife wear ring and 10 days it stays with MGD, what kind of service we are getting it?
                              I have a request to MGD, if possible please look in to the matter and try to solve the issue for me. Really tired of product and provided service.

                                    I have the worst experience with Online sales team. I called the sales team to enquire about my Gold coin order which was promised to be delivered by 4th November but did not happen. I called the team everyday but everytime they gave me an excuse nd false promise that it will be delivered today which never happened. Team members Nadia and Heena tried manipulating me. Nadia sent me email asking to make payment again nd saying previous payment was declined when called her she said she did not do that.
                                    She tried to cone me nd spoke rudely nd hung up when called her for the update
