I have purchased a ear ring for my doughter. From malabar gold & diamonds thodupuzha.. And item was damed after 6 month. I approchd them to repair it they told me its not possible. Even they have freee repair policy. Bt they refuse to repair it. They ask me to change with new one. So i spoke to customer care service. From tre also i got negative respond only . Highly disappointed for such response from malabar gold & diamonds

    I had been to your shop at Aurangabad branch in Dec 2020 to purchase some ornaments however I couldn’t find any good designs. I finally somehow took one anklet. The sales person also convinced us to take a golden gain plan. I had already informed him that I was a visitor there and it will be difficult for me to purchase from their outlet. He mentioned that we could buy from any outlet in India. Now we are in Kerala and tried to purchase the gold as the plan matured on 03 Dec 21. However the sales guys at Thiruvalla stated that we cannot buy from there. After discussion they agreed you can purchase but gold will be sent to Aurangabad and I will have to collect from there. My money is already available with you and I cannot receive the gold in hand from the shop which I purchased what an irony? Now in this pandemic I have to travel all the way to Aurangabad for this? And also as per the RBI rule my money should be deposited within 10 days back into my account. Still I haven’t received my money back. Please help to get my money back.

      We had ordered for fancy Gold Bangle of gross weight 12.43gms with Advance Invoice number: CMRGAP0001459 /bill date: 16/11/2021 worth net amount of Rs.57364.45/-

      We had already purchased the similar bangle a month ago. We liked the design so we had ordered for its replica. The executive Aravidan M had promised to deliver us a similar bangle upon full payment. We actually sold them another good-looking gold bangle to pay this full amount with Invoice No.7934 Dated 16/11/2021 Time: 20:09:52.

      After receiving the order, the delayed the delivery and latter delivered us a defective fancy bangle. Though it looked similar, on wearing the damaged golden bangle will cause scar on the skin and will damage worn fabric also. We refused to receive such damaged item. Realizing their mistake, the manager offered to repair this new bangle and promised to deliver on door. But the next day the delivery person actually came home with similar damaged bangle and tried to convince us to receive it. We strictly refused to receive a damaged item. Now they want us to give refund of our amount paid, honestly think from our perspective. We actually sold a good-looking bangle to pay full amount. The store manager was so stubborn to make us pay full amount of money in advance. No waiting after 3 months they want us just return the money. Kindly do the needful such that we get justice and we will be very happy if we receive the same good looking fancy bangle without any manufacturing defects.

        We have ordered a wedding ring for bride & groom in malabar gold manglore. When I came to take the ring it was strucked in the finger because of the small size. Then try to correct it & ring got damaged .we lost our hope in malabar gold & waisted our time. Even the bride ring also had the same issue . What responsibilities you have.

          Gold bangles were purchased from Malabar showroom Pune and within a short period o[censored]se the same were damaged. When contacted Malabar Chandigarh Showroom, they told us that these bangles are not for regular use. Whereas, at the time of purchase it was never told to us.

            A gold necklace worth Rs 3, 09, 000 was purchased from Malabar Gold and Diamonds, Pheonix Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai on 09/10/2021 for son's wedding ceremony. One of it's part broke on the 1st day (which was the wedding day) o[censored]se itself, making it useless. Since the item is quite big, we had not considered any other chains/necklaces to be worn. It was a shameful incident for us as the groom's mother was not able to wear ANY neck piece jewellery during the event.

            When we contacted the showroom regarding this issue, we were told that it will be repaired. A repair is not acceptable as we're afraid the same incident might repeat.
            As a resolution, we need this necklace replaced with another jewwllery item, or a full refund including the making charges.

              I, Dr Deepthi S working in Delhi, went to malabar gold south ex branch for repairing a gold chain of my husband which was broken last day with regular use (cutting chain which was brought on October 2020) .

              While the salesman himself checked he could find 2 or 3 sites of broken points and told needs soldering at multiple points. At that time I asked what kind of quality assurance Malabar gold is giving the manager at South ex told me gold is a metal so it will break with normal use.

              If a gold chain which was brought just one year back if it can have so much wear and tear in one year of regular use and your employee himself saying your gold can be easily broken then better you ought to do something about your quality.

              Unfortunately I have a gold scheme (2122/000249) at Malabar gold which was opened on July 2021, I want to close the scheme and get the refund as soon as possible before the stipulated period because am not interested in investing where breakable and poor quality items are sold.

                I like to complain about the diamond ring purchased from Malabar gold Bahrain hidd branch.
                I have purchased a diamond ring on 12-september 2021, from the above mentioned branch, since i have purchase the ring diamonds are keep falling apart, today third time i have given my purchased product to Malabar gold Bahrain Hidd branch to fix the missing diamond,
                At the time of purchase it has been said that i can be used on daily basis, even though the product is used occasionally, the diamonds r keep falling. And as per MGD they have done there best to keep customer service and from next time there will be charges applicable.
                I have requested to check.the issue and inform if it is possible to exchange the ring because every time it is given to service it takes 5 to 10 days to fix. The response was the value of the ring will reduce to 98 BHD, which i have paid 160 BHD.
                Given reason that i have requested MGD to resize the ring, at the time of purchased it was not mentioned to me that if the ring goes for resize there will be no exchange afterwords. During purchased it has been said that anything happen we are here at your service and all, anything happens we are here, we can change the item for you if you didn't like it, and now within 2 months MGD is reducing appropriate 30% of the ring value.the given commitments and words by MGD has no value of customer and their products?
                The sales person said you have to stop knocking the ring around, do MGD things that we have no value of our items which we are knocking the item around to get damage?
                I AM MGD customer since 2006, It is the bad ever experience with MGD this time and the team handling is really bad at all. They are trying to say that this is our mistake and i have no value of the product.
                One day my wife wear ring and 10 days it stays with MGD, what kind of service we are getting it?
                I have a request to MGD, if possible please look in to the matter and try to solve the issue for me. Really tired of product and provided service.

                      I have the worst experience with Online sales team. I called the sales team to enquire about my Gold coin order which was promised to be delivered by 4th November but did not happen. I called the team everyday but everytime they gave me an excuse nd false promise that it will be delivered today which never happened. Team members Nadia and Heena tried manipulating me. Nadia sent me email asking to make payment again nd saying previous payment was declined when called her she said she did not do that.
                      She tried to cone me nd spoke rudely nd hung up when called her for the update

                        I am a regular customer but for God sake I will not visit anymore. Bull hit repair and worst service provider in Marathahalli showroom.

                            Malabar gold at Thodupuzha made me to join a scheme(Gold gain scheme).
                            They promised that 15 percentage of making charge will be deducted if I join this scheme and pay the price in advance.
                            On maturity of the scheme when I went to purchase the gold they gave only 9.9 percentage deduction in making charges and cheated me.

                              I joined for gold gain scheme with a promise for 15 percentage of reduction in making charge and when I purchased they gave me only 9.9 percentage.This happened at Malabar gold shop, Thodupuzha.
                              Malabar gold cheated me.Even the manager talked to me rudely when I challenged him about this.
                              I will never ever purchase from Malabar gold and I will not let anyone whom I know to purchase from Your shop if you dont take appropriate action.

                                Writing this with a breakful heart, it has been the disastrous experience with Malabar in the first time since 10 years and very pathetic CUSTOMER service. We have been your CUSTOMER for soo long but never felt so humiliated at Malabar before. My family has been a regular CUSTOMER of malabar both in saudi arabia jeddah and India since 10 years we have never faced this bad experience as today in our ten years life with malabar jeddah saudi arabia. Me and my sister purchased our1st diamond ring from malabar when we came for umrah in 2012 since then we never looked back but purchased everything only from malabar. My marriage gold was purchased from malabar even after marriage my husband got me gold bangles from malabar i even made my in laws purchase things from malabar as they used to purchase from elsewhere.
                                Right here comes the reason why I’m complaining, today i went with my husband and kids to balad, jeddah malabar branch and i alone went inside and selected a beautiful diamond ring for myself and i was unable to make call from my mobile the guy named AHMED who was supervising helped me to make CALL TO my husband as he was waiting out with my son then husband came in and he was pretty happy with the sapphire diamond ring then my son started crying as small kids do that was fine this guy ahmed said the saudi CUSTOMER was feeling irrated with the kids shout and asked my husband to take kids and wait outside as if we are there for time pass. He not even requested it politely but it was aa if he just want to get rid o[censored]s asap. i have not seen the saudi CUSTOMER getting irrated. Ok we thought he was shouting and that was fine my husband went out and waited .i was asking for the price and sorting things out to pay the bill and wanted to exchange it with my old ring. This guy Ahmed he made 80% exchange of my gold diamond ring of the rate which was taken on 2017
                                When i said him how do you make it with the old gold rate the gold would be of todays rate and daimonds will be of 80% rate then he said you donno it will be of the purchased ring bill rate 80% i said malabar never did this before this guy Ahmed he said now it has been like that go and check the backside of the bill once you go home .how come he can cheat like this he made the old bills 80% and when i said this to my husband he said common lets go now no need to buy. So we started going this guy Ahmed comes and says nai chahiyae na i know then he was so rude and said our guy wasted hour to show you the rings and i even gave you the phone to call your husband he was so rude, first he cheated with the price then this rude talk as if he was the owner
                                But the guy who showed us was pretty nice
                                But this Ahmed was so rude and this is the first time we returned empty hands from malabar hope they take action soon against this Ahmed who’s working at balad branch jeddah, saudi Arabia.
                                We know malabar personally and never faced such bad experience before but this is the first time we felt soo humiliated and belittle from this guy who is not only spoiling the name of malabar but also losing its precious CUSTOMER.
                                I hope Malabar will take a serious and prompt action on him else we will approach Ministry of Justice and will complain to them directly.
                                Also as we know that its 100% saudization in gold market but still the expatriates are helping CUSTOMERs standing outside the counter. If no action is taken from Malabar side i may take a live video as how they are helping CUSTOMERs and will upload to the ministry website. Which might be of serious consequences for Malabar and its employees working there.
                                But for one bad fish i donot want to spoil the livelihood of others.
                                With due respect i want a prompt action to be taken for such ### to show them their proper place.

                                    Hi I had booked a braclet of 6grams on dated 10/08/2021 in rajajinagara Malabar gold and diamond branch and the staff who had been assist me his name is Nagaraj he said the braclet will be done within 25 days but still it not happened nd the staffs are least bothered about my issue so pls sort out my problem at the earliest are else I will lodge a complaint in consumer court

                                      am a regular customer of malabar gold and diamonds for the last 20 years, now its the end of a twenty years of deal with your organization. the issue is as follows, i have ordered for a birthstone ring in gold on[protected] from your thalasseri branch, kannur, kerala. during the time of order they told me that they will receive the ring with in 30 days, but it took 44 days .why is that so.i think its a kind of cheating during the time of order taking. and also after 44 days(today) the ring i have received is totally different in design and with different stone .i have ordered for blue sapphire, i got ruby. so satisfied.

                                        Never TRUST MALABAR GOLD AND DIAMONDS.

                                        Always fake promises. Customer support is full of people with no knowledge on what they are saying. Expected delivery of a product on a particular day and ended up in waiting for the product to be shipped atleast for several days.
