I have the worst experience with Online sales team. I called the sales team to enquire about my Gold coin order which was promised to be delivered by 4th November but did not happen. I called the team everyday but everytime they gave me an excuse nd false promise that it will be delivered today which never happened. Team members Nadia and Heena tried manipulating me. Nadia sent me email asking to make payment again nd saying previous payment was declined when called her she said she did not do that.
She tried to cone me nd spoke rudely nd hung up when called her for the update

    Worst chain and worst people in the showroom who totally messed the managala sutra and made it a waste piece in the name of repair.
    I am a regular customer but for God sake I will not visit anymore. Bull hit repair and worst service provider in Marathahalli showroom.

    I lost total interest on you.

    Such a worst service you are providing.

    Call me to explain if you really care about your customers else leave it here only.

    The sales man don't have common sense.
    That repair person also a worst person.do not know how to repair a Mangala sutra chain. Totally worst.

      I have ordered a ring in 13/9/2021 order no[protected] .Its been more than 50 days till now they are playing intentionally with me .Every day by mail or by call they are giving me new date but they r not despatching my product .Didnt expect this from reputed company .I have to fill consumer court against this company .

        Malabar gold at Thodupuzha made me to join a scheme(Gold gain scheme).
        They promised that 15 percentage of making charge will be deducted if I join this scheme and pay the price in advance.
        On maturity of the scheme when I went to purchase the gold they gave only 9.9 percentage deduction in making charges and cheated me.

          I joined for gold gain scheme with a promise for 15 percentage of reduction in making charge and when I purchased they gave me only 9.9 percentage.This happened at Malabar gold shop, Thodupuzha.
          Malabar gold cheated me.Even the manager talked to me rudely when I challenged him about this.
          I will never ever purchase from Malabar gold and I will not let anyone whom I know to purchase from Your shop if you dont take appropriate action.

          Please take appropriate action on this cheating.I was a regular customer and this was a very bad experience.
          I joined on the scheme since the manager promised me that 15 percentage will be deducted from the making charge if join the gold gain scheme and this I started making advance payment one year before.Now when I went for purchase the manager at thodupuzha shop says that its only 9.9 percentage and not 15 percentage.

            Writing this with a breakful heart, it has been the disastrous experience with Malabar in the first time since 10 years and very pathetic CUSTOMER service. We have been your CUSTOMER for soo long but never felt so humiliated at Malabar before. My family has been a regular CUSTOMER of malabar both in saudi arabia jeddah and India since 10 years we have never faced this bad experience as today in our ten years life with malabar jeddah saudi arabia. Me and my sister purchased our1st diamond ring from malabar when we came for umrah in 2012 since then we never looked back but purchased everything only from malabar. My marriage gold was purchased from malabar even after marriage my husband got me gold bangles from malabar i even made my in laws purchase things from malabar as they used to purchase from elsewhere.
            Right here comes the reason why I’m complaining, today i went with my husband and kids to balad, jeddah malabar branch and i alone went inside and selected a beautiful diamond ring for myself and i was unable to make call from my mobile the guy named AHMED who was supervising helped me to make CALL TO my husband as he was waiting out with my son then husband came in and he was pretty happy with the sapphire diamond ring then my son started crying as small kids do that was fine this guy ahmed said the saudi CUSTOMER was feeling irrated with the kids shout and asked my husband to take kids and wait outside as if we are there for time pass. He not even requested it politely but it was aa if he just want to get rid o[censored]s asap. i have not seen the saudi CUSTOMER getting irrated. Ok we thought he was shouting and that was fine my husband went out and waited .i was asking for the price and sorting things out to pay the bill and wanted to exchange it with my old ring. This guy Ahmed he made 80% exchange of my gold diamond ring of the rate which was taken on 2017
            When i said him how do you make it with the old gold rate the gold would be of todays rate and daimonds will be of 80% rate then he said you donno it will be of the purchased ring bill rate 80% i said malabar never did this before this guy Ahmed he said now it has been like that go and check the backside of the bill once you go home .how come he can cheat like this he made the old bills 80% and when i said this to my husband he said common lets go now no need to buy. So we started going this guy Ahmed comes and says nai chahiyae na i know then he was so rude and said our guy wasted hour to show you the rings and i even gave you the phone to call your husband he was so rude, first he cheated with the price then this rude talk as if he was the owner
            But the guy who showed us was pretty nice
            But this Ahmed was so rude and this is the first time we returned empty hands from malabar hope they take action soon against this Ahmed who’s working at balad branch jeddah, saudi Arabia.
            We know malabar personally and never faced such bad experience before but this is the first time we felt soo humiliated and belittle from this guy who is not only spoiling the name of malabar but also losing its precious CUSTOMER.
            I hope Malabar will take a serious and prompt action on him else we will approach Ministry of Justice and will complain to them directly.
            Also as we know that its 100% saudization in gold market but still the expatriates are helping CUSTOMERs standing outside the counter. If no action is taken from Malabar side i may take a live video as how they are helping CUSTOMERs and will upload to the ministry website. Which might be of serious consequences for Malabar and its employees working there.
            But for one bad fish i donot want to spoil the livelihood of others.
            With due respect i want a prompt action to be taken for such ### to show them their proper place.

                Hi I had booked a braclet of 6grams on dated 10/08/2021 in rajajinagara Malabar gold and diamond branch and the staff who had been assist me his name is Nagaraj he said the braclet will be done within 25 days but still it not happened nd the staffs are least bothered about my issue so pls sort out my problem at the earliest are else I will lodge a complaint in consumer court

                  am a regular customer of malabar gold and diamonds for the last 20 years, now its the end of a twenty years of deal with your organization. the issue is as follows, i have ordered for a birthstone ring in gold on[protected] from your thalasseri branch, kannur, kerala. during the time of order they told me that they will receive the ring with in 30 days, but it took 44 days .why is that so.i think its a kind of cheating during the time of order taking. and also after 44 days(today) the ring i have received is totally different in design and with different stone .i have ordered for blue sapphire, i got ruby. so satisfied.

                    Never TRUST MALABAR GOLD AND DIAMONDS.

                    Always fake promises. Customer support is full of people with no knowledge on what they are saying. Expected delivery of a product on a particular day and ended up in waiting for the product to be shipped atleast for several days.

                    Customer care is a bunch of BOT machines who will reply only the same thing everyday. Within 48 Hours shipment will happen and seems like this clock is not working.

                    NOT RECOMMENDED and will never use this again

                        Here I’m bringing to your notice that 02/December/2020 purchased chain for bride(sacred thread ) but it was damaged. Due to this cause in my family and bride family members misunderstanding us.
                        When they went to Malabar gold warangal store, even though we are having insurance on the product they are saying that to purchase again with new rates along making charges. Actually we believe Malabar gold but you people are maintaining poor quality products. Due to this cause families are distrubed. Who will bare this penalty.
                        Requesting your good office look in the matter and save one family without looking benefit.

                            I have a complaint against order[protected] placed at Malabar Golds. I ordered it on 7/7/2021. They say one month for manufacturing. It has been more than more than one month . Date of dispatch they communicated is Aug 12th. Now there is no update from them. I either want the product on time or my money back. These people offer the worst service.

                              I am one of the oldest customer of Malabar Jewellers for past 10 years . Now, I am facing a very poor customer service from Hamdan Branch Abu Dhabi .I am waiting for around 15 minutes in shop even none of the salesman come to attend me which shows their reckless and reluctant attitude.

                              I did not purchased last time because of high making charge . Keeping this in mind they ignored me this time .

                              I decided now to avoid visiting Malabar anymore .

                                  I purchased a short baby chain by Dec 2020, where in the Manager and his team convinced me that it will have a good life.
                                  Unfortunately the chain got lengthening very long and got tear where I was disappointed, as it was weared by 6months baby when purchased and he is just 10 months old now. 8 gms of chain wearing by baby got damaged is a surprising thing where it was sold as it holds a longlife for daily use.
                                  The chain was not having good life even for a year is completely bad.
                                  Now I have to purchase new one where I asked with a Manager in near by branch. I asked for a waive off or discount for my new purchase in gst or wastage. As it was totally waste of cost (gst+wastage) when I bought by December. They accept its staff mistake and saying I have to ask that staff, which isn't good as a organization also not ready to give some relaxation. Malabar is a brand wherein I purchased believing the staff who convinced me it will have long life for baby chain. Such a incident in a reputed organization is big Disappointment as a regular customer who have purchased a lot.

                                    I am a regular customer of MalabarGold.I have enrolled third time for the Golden gain scheme.I have completed the payment installments and went Malabar Gold Trivandrum showroom for purchasing gold under the above said scheme.I selected a pair of anklets and the salesman said that the making charge of that particular item is 15percentage and we can purchase the same by paying 5.9 percentage making charge.I said that I have given an information that we can purchase the ornaments without paying the making charge (upto 16percentage) under this particular scheme.Hearing this, the salesman called his manager and the manager talked to us arrogantly.His behaviour is very rude.He explained the rules regarding the making charge.but his behaviour forced us to write this complaint.Because of his arrogant behaviour, we decided not to purchase ornaments from Malabar gold and I said 'I need refund, I lost the trust in your company".Then he said "Refund cannot be done.There are many ornaments here.You have to purchase ornaments which is having 5percentage making charge." It is not he who decides our choiceThis is not the way of behaving or treating a customer.Then I said about the refund policy which is written on the payment book. Then he called somebody else over phone and said that it takes much time for refund.Actually we are not even think about refunding the amount.Only because of his bad treatment upon as forced us to request refund.Otherwise we would have purchase the ornament.Again we said, "It's okay, then how can you reduce the making charge? If you can do something for reducing te making charge, you please do" .Then he said, "you pay 5.9 percantage rudely. Then I decided that that is our last visit to Malabar Gold.Very poor customer service we got..., "Buy if you want" is the attitude of the manager towards us.Anyway I requested for refund at last.Then the so called manager said, "I don't know when will refund happen...you wait for 4or 5 weeks" .It is not the right way.
                                    I need solution for this problem.
                                    I can say that the salesman is Amal and his attitude and behaviour were goot but the problem is with the manager.

                                      The employee who attended us didn't take good care and did not show enough design for the customer . We wanted to see more designs in chain section but the employee did show interest . Was not satisfied with the purchase this time

                                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                                        I had purchased 2 bangles and a lot of other stuff from Malabar store (South extension, New Delhi) in 2020 on the occasion of my marriage. The bangles looked classy (because of the unique design) when they were bought but within a few weeks it started showing manufacturing defects i.e The bangles got separated from each other. To avoid any further loss I stopped wearing them and I straightway went to Malabar for replacement of the bangles which never happened even though they agreed that the product sold has an inherent manufacturing defect. After a lot of conversation, I was advised by a few of their employees to get it repaired and promised that this would not happen again.

                                        With a heavy heart, I got it repaired back from the Malabar store (they almost took a month) and again started wearing it. Within a week the bangles again broke and got separated from each other from the same place (same defect which was fixed earlier). I went to theirr store for its replacement and they were speechless on seeing it again. Now I was clear that I want a replacement this time.

                                        Since they have no control on the replacement (as per the illogical rules of their company), they again asked me to go for a repair which I didn't want to go again. I don't take any responsibility for getting a defective product repaired again and again for the lifetime. I am attaching a few pictures for your reference.

                                        Please help me in getting it replaced for a new design of bangles without any extra making charges. This is clearly a company's fault and consumers should not be held responsible for that.
