I am visited malabar gold and diamonds kannur showroom last week. But i had very worst experience from your showroom. I went there for my duaghters piercing along with that i buy a bangle and ring for mu daughter. But iam very sorry to inform you that i had very worst experience. So that we are not likely to come there for my sister and brothers marriage purchase

    I am a regular customer of Malabar, Today I visited a malabar golds shop of ghaziabad branch, the sales person seems uninterested to show any item and he is just waiting that when they will go . I found this very disgusting and then I buy jhumki for my mom from just next shoppe named puspanjali jewels and now I am thinking that not to visit malabar anymore for future purchases.

      We have bought 4 items together yesterday from Malabar but price witch is charged was higher then tha dated price and its calculated also wrong. I have returned my old gold bangles but I didn't get zero price exchange benefits as per the criteria of Malabar. Its a big cheating with me . I need an explanation in detail and want you to refund my extra amount which was charged from me at the earliest.

        I had booked gold earring In Feb and paid 25000 advance payment. After making advance Payment I had noticed that screw of the earring was defective and I notified to the Salesperson, to which he said that he will get it corrected. By trusting his words, I made the full payment of 53100 INR on 7th March 2021. After 20 days I got the confirmation call from the store that the repairing has been done. when I went today, I found the product was still defective.
        The Store Manager and Sales Executive were extremely rude and below was they mentioned to me:
        Keval - Sales Person - He said you are confused and making me Confuse...I wanted to know, when I had explained about the defective screw and the same was acknowledge and sent to repairing and now when you have failed to do the repair how can you accuse your customers. Who are you to call me confuse?????
        Store Manager - He said the gold earring which you have purchased is actually of a set along with neckless, which we usually don't give to anyone but we gave it to you...What kind of store manager he is to talk this kind of language. If you don't sale to other, then why you gave it to me...and this you have not given me free I have made the full payment and instead of repairing the product this is the explanation you are providing…strange that he is Store Manager..
        Another Sales Executive came and tried giving me below solution:
        His Solution was: - I can buy any other product however the making charges and GST will be deducted:
        Do you think I am fool, first of all, you are giving me defective product and asking me to bare making charges and GST? Why????
        The product has always been in the store it has been almost a month I made the full payment and have still not received it.
        The store Manager, the 2nd Sales Executive I spoke to (I don't know his name) were extremely rude and made me extremely uncomfortable in the store. I do not wish to visit your store again in future. Kindly cancel the transaction and reverse the amount on the original mode of payment.

            I bought uncut diamond ring from thalassery Malabar gold showroom on February 2020
            And diamond bangle in march 2020
            I faced a problem that diamonds are nor properly locked in those items.
            Sadly one of a diamond lost from my bangle on January 2021 and one of my uncut diamond stone lost from my ring on march 2021 . As they are very small gems I couldn’t find where they lost. But I’m sure im not using it carelessly or daily basis. But I feel as they are precious gems you should fix it in a very strong bond.

              This is the second time we have experienced a bad service from your side. We have purchased 400 grams gold materials from your angamaly branch on 4th February 2021 and back chain of these two chains are already damaged( it is brokened while wearing). This chains have used only two times and I am surprised about your quality of material because your sale executives have told me like material have that much capacity to hold the chain. I am wondering why they have not explained while purchase time. They have not considering customer satisfaction, because all are concentrated on their sales targets. They are blindly forcing customers to buy their products.

              This is our last dealing with malabar gold I won't suggest anyone else because of your service. Kindly provide a minimum guarantee for your gold materials.

              Note: I have changed the back chain with a short of 30 milligrams and paid an extra amount of 100 rupees on 14th March 2021. This business is totally loss of mine.Please find the attached bill for more details.

                When i visitied in malabar gold at madinath zayed shopping mall at abudhabi yesterday, i feel very bad experience from their.the staff they r not even looking at us.their attitude or they dont even know how to be freindly or way of talking with the customers.i visited in malabar gold to buy jewellery wroth 15000 dhs, and based on the staffs way of dealing with the customers i feel like i came their for purchasing jewels for free...im really disappinted with the staff. I was having more expectations in malabar gold...i would not prefer malabar gold for nxt time...and i would not recommend also...

                    Today I bought one short chain from malabar, batha, Riyadh.

                    There is one kerala guy, he treated me very bad.
                    " Are you buying? or just coming here to see the gold?" he questioned.

                    Finally by force, I bought the chain, even if I don't like the design..

                    I don't want go to malabar again & the service is very very bad in "Malabar gold, taj centre, batha"...

                    & I strongly recomending to everyone,
                    " BathaJoy alukkas" service is better than "batha Malabar"...

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased one Diamond Ring valued 58000 from your A S Rao Nagar Branch on 21.3.2020 vide bill no ASNDB0003126
                      copy attached.
                      Ring guarantee certificate No 15J[protected] also attached.
                      I wish to you inform you that since the day of purchase I am not able to use the same as it is not fitting to lthe finger.
                      If I insert it once somehow again taking it out is another problem since it does not come out easily
                      Size of the ring should be such that It can be easily inserted or removed .
                      The ring was ordered based on the standard sizer given by your sales executive .
                      After ordering when the ring was delivered , to my surprise it us not fitting to the finger and I have to push it hard which causes little pain to the finger.
                      When approached your showroom they informed me that what is ordered is delivered.
                      This is not correct. Order was based on your advise only.
                      When I requested for exchange your sales executive informed me that I have to loose the making charges and wastage charges which is not acceptable and correct.
                      Pl note that I am a regularly and very old customer of Malbar gold for the past twenty years and purchased gold and Diamond ornaments several times
                      It is not fare for Malbar gold to treat a regular customer in this fashion
                      I request you to please :-
                      1. Rectify the Diamond Ring

                      2. Allow to select another ring if a available
                      without adding cost of making charges/
                      wastage
                      Kindly not I have spent Rs 58000 without using your item

                            Today morning i purchased 1ring of 2.55 gram ring of 22 caret, when i came to home and check the bills its totally disgusting.
                            they hide the making charges and stone charges, even it is not mentioned in the bill and when enquired about pricing calculation over phone, sales person is saying i forgot to inform you regarding stone and making charges

                            i waste my time to return it back and sales person is not willing to sale gold instead he is trying to mislead customer and making money and his commission on gold bills

                            i really upset buying gold with this man, he cheated me and forcibly try to buy other gold in exchange

                              I bought more number of chains earrings and other jewelry from malabar gold palakkad branch. Just 5 years before. Now my antique chain lost its color and its very dark around kundan stones, looks like fake jewelry.

                              I called them over the phone, since its covid and requested for complete replacement of chain . But they said I need to pay making charges to get it exchanged. But I am not ready to pay any making charges. Because its completely a failure in manufacturing or quality check.

                                  I have been trying to escalate since 18January, 2021 am afraid Mr Fanzeem Ahmad is extremely busy to address my concerns.
                                  To summarise Malabar use to be my favourite place for all occasions and now it's not because as captioned it was not only a unprofessional approach but also a rebellious one for us to witness as consumers.. regret a lot to be associated with the brand with such set of people in it.
                                  Malabar seems like a castle on air here on..

                                      We visited one of your branch in Visakhapatnam( Asilmetta). In spite of being regular customer and purchasing in Lakhs. Your executive Mr. B Prasad says that even though you are regular customer, you will be treated as first time customer.

                                      I want to know if we regular purchasers do not have any value then what’s the point of repeat purchase for high value products. It means we should not visit Malabar anymore????

                                      These people didn’t have the courtesy to offer at-least a glass of water.

                                        I use to be regular costumer to malabar gold and diamonds mainly I use to visit chandnagar branch in Hyderabad .. 3 to 4 years ago the staff was fine but since 2 years I faced very poor costumer service ... not many models available and they r little rude ... they don’t care costumer whether they need something or not they just ignore and try to escape from work .. panjagutta branch is far better
