My prepaid orders are not received till now...it’s been 2 months now... but its not get to me... and when i called abut that to them ... no one responses in a satisfied way...

    I ordered through malabar online shopping page and paid for that order... its been 3 months now... but till now its not sent to me ... when i made a call about that no one reponses for that ... i feel cheated...

      Around 2 months ago I bought a diamond engagement ring as we always believed Malabar is the best place for buying jewellery as well as being daily customer!
      Unfortunately, from the first wearing time a diamond has fallen and lost. It was the day of the marriage!
      Went back and returned the ring for repair and pay for the diamond and I clearly asked to insure all diamond are well mounted! Three weeks after the same exact diamond has fallen and lost! Which indicates that the ring might has some sort of manufacturer defect! I went back to the dealer they sent the ring again for a repair and when I receive it, it clearly shows that the stone is smaller, not shining and glow appears on the sides!
      Even the dealer agreed that the finishing was so bad!
      I asked for a replacement, they agreed to refund all amount, but they said because the ring was resized it will lose 20% of its original price!
      Do you think this is acceptable? This is the third time the ring is sent to manufacturer and each te is taking no less than 10 days

        I had purchased a gold bracelet at Hassan malbar, only after 2 days the bracelet design got cut off, and fell down, luckily that was at home so I got it back. This z purely the mistake of the Smit who didn't fix this properly n the executive at malbar gold who didn't check this properly

          Nasir here from uae sharjah, today i visit sharjah megamall for buying some gold for my daughter, i saw earting and ask saleman name srinath for final price so he calculate and guve me final price i ask for some discount but he refused he said its final so i agree also i ask him for some defect in making so he make me fool and change the topic to gold weight i tild him why you do this so he didnot answer anyhow i ask to manger and he settel and put some more amount and clear it finaly i made paymet and before paymet i ask same guy srinath about coupons he tils me 2 coupons he will give ince paymet done and he make invoice and issue 1 coupon i ask you said 2 so he refused that time i feel bad and disrespect for myself because 2 to 3 tumes i asked so he refused then i broke my gold and destroy the invoice and return him gold and paymet i didnot take back because of disrespect i hope you can under stand my satution that time, brcause its 3 time he make me fool, so i request you have to taoe action sbout your salesteam because next tume i will never go to malabar because they are going to cheat so please check your system and sales team ehy they do like this, store manger call me after while but that time i left shoeroom and go out but i domt want to go back there untill i will make complaint and get back feed back so please take a legal action against your salesmans they are going to destroy malabar name, thanks

            No problem when i first came there to purchase .
            Later when we had to change that item theire behavior was very bad.Iam your regular customer and i can see bad behavior not seen in any other malabar shop .Don't treat anyone like this who comes to change gold anymore...

            NO PROBLEM WHEN I FIRST CAME THERE TO PURCHASE .
            LATER WHEN WE HAD TO CHANGE THAT ITEM THEIRE BEHAVIOR WAS VERY BAD.IAM YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I CAN SEE BAD BEHAVIOR NOT SEEN IN ANY OTHER MALABAR SHOP .DON'T TREAT ANYONE LIKE THIS WHO COMES TO CHANGE GOLD ANYMORE...

              Recently we purchased one ring from HUBLI showroom.it was not coming to size .I had gone to exchange .but the manager by name he told to for one hour for exchange, v have waited for 30 minutes, again I approach to him by name Ali . This time we not exchange and speak so rude, please c in this regard

              Hi this is sravanthi my bill invoice number. 5305c01N0012838 i visited on[protected] and no one received us just care less answer giving billed 2 finger rings my husband ring is not fiting Properly exective told he will increase size but not happen on[protected] again I came I told to exchange it but he told there no exchange in malabar gold I told him to increase size but he is telling to go outside store work will done her takes one month time for increase size yesterday also I asked him for gem stone ring he is telling just go other out side store u will get then why I should come to malabar gold i[censored]nable to sale gem stone and size increase not done here I told ask your manager he also telling same your employees r just saleing your products just telling go to lingampally other store not even have kids rings also and asked for gun shot to my kid 3year he is telling come after one year to make reason telling she is small then I visit beside your store nathu and gun shot done there why u keep like this employees in your company am old customers in Somajiguda branch in chanda nagar beside waste service here am not happy and i strongly never ever refer any one I need exchange it

                  I purchased Silver Lord Ganesha Today from Kamanahalli, Bangalore, very disappointing with the Gift box for Silver Items. It's a cardboard box-shocking and pathetic sincerely for the quality form Malabar, aleast Gold Box was decent.

                  I complaint to the Branch Manager, and sadly his communication was very poor and did nothing - I wondered he even understood. There should be a proper training

                  Malabar is a Quality name - please keep yoru quality and replace the carboard box for silver item with a decent box. Hope you dont disappoint
                  Hope someone will read this complaint and respond seriously

                    Dear Sirs,
                    About a month back I had given intact running old Rado Diastar watch to change the strap to Malabar Gold showroom in Mangalore, and as they insisted gave watch for service, and they promised to give 2 years warranty too.
                    After few days I received call from their Bangalore showroom saying that some parts has to be changed which costs 8, 000.00 more.
                    On reply I asked them to just service the watch and give it back which they agreed. About 3 days back they gave the watch with new strap with a reduced price and said service is done and the warranty is only 6 months. After coming home I checked the watch. The dial was damaged inside edges. As I had a friend who was in Gulf, who was working for Rado, now retired, I showed the watch to him.
                    He opened the back plate and for my surprise, nothing was done. Even rubber ring was half. Immediately I had been to showroom...and the response was not encouraging.
                    It's a surprise for me, a International Co. MALBAR GOLD, is having untrained staff.
                    Please take this as a complaint and please do the needful.

                      I have purchased golden ring around 2.5 gm for regular uses .but after 10 days its become white . although it's 22 carats gold. And when I complaint about that in shows where I have purchased thay shout on us. They told they not give money back and if you want purchased other it cost of old price .for new gold they are calculate average of price .
                      Date I have purchased[protected] at dhanteras.showroom services are very worst.and they behave like they don't care about their product and customer service.i am women and they are such a rude people.i am talking about Rajkot city and malbar showroom at yagnik road.waste of money.i will don't buy anything from there.

                        i would like to bring in your kind notice, they before yesterday i have been visited your shop at Ruwi/ Oman to purchase tthe gold set, in this regards, there is branch manager / senior staff his name is Mr Sameer, Being an customer i have rights to see the all details in terms of exchange the old gold etc. in this regards said person make Rude argument and raise his voice stating that verger language... i would to request higher management to take action against this person to spoiling the MALABAR gold name.. i have decided to step in your shop to purchase anything and i will share this incident to all my close friends and relative to avoid to visit that shop at least

                            Hi my name is Sachin jaid.today I bought 20 gram gold biscuits from mohaboulah branch .each 10 gram rate was 190 kd.as per 13th november.at the billing counter they took extra 24 kd as a billing charges each 10 gram 7 kd and 2.5% credit card billing charges.when I bought 20 gram biscuit(two item each 10 gram) I paid total 405 kd.my bill should be 380 kd only.but why doing such a stupid work.stop this please

                              I bought a bangle from kochi showroom 6 years before .now I planned to sell that in dubai showroom.but they said it is not from Malabar gold because kj is written instead of mj.i don't know how it's happend.i bought from Malabar gold for my wedding .I don't have bill with me.

                                  We sold 20k (35.810 grams) gold and bought 22k gold ornament.. There is difference in gold rate..
                                  It was 4443/- in onlie chart for 20k gold but they took for
                                  Rs.4293.52/- charged 4879 for 22k gold rate..

                                  When we asked for explanation, , not answerd properly..
                                  Kindly solve the issue, , , , , requesting you refund

                                    My husband went through the website of Malabar gold to buy a diamond ring, we are not able to buy it through online at that time.so we went to the Malabar gold branch at kalpetta, wayanad, and showed them the design from the website.
                                    The staff promised us that they will order it but have to wait because of the pandemic happening.
                                    From July we waited for the ring .my husband has already advanced some cash also.

                                    The amount the has mentioned was nearly 35000 rs. We already made advance of 20000rs and we were waiting for the ring.and two days back the staff called and said that because my ring size is 7, it's very small size.so it need to be made from Mumbai and it will be very late to get delivered and the price will be nearly 50000 rs. Also the staff said the size is not updated with cost.

                                    We were surprised that they haven't made an effort to order it by making us wait for 2 months.also no proper information every time we call and visit. Very shameful on cheating the customers by fake promise.

                                      FYI i had ordered a item ONLINE on 11 june 2020 there was expected date of delivery was within one week but irony is till now i havent got my order. many times i had chat on MALABAR employees named: sunita and nadia. they always made A fool out of me. They never provide me details like what happening to my order. I had conversation with nadia and sunita 3 days back they said they will provide me details but see no contact at all. i dont know why you guys dont have a proper customer care no. to talk this really worst experience of all the time. hoping for update:

                                        Maine 29/7/2020 ko apke chandigarh ke naye showroom se neacklace kharide. Jiski making charges kafi kam batayi gayi thi showroom ki opning wale din showroom mein kafi rush tha to harpreet jo vanha ki manager hai ki bill hum apko bad me de denge. But jis din main dobara store me gayi to harpreet ne bola (Maneger) ki hum 20%hi charges lagayenge manie jab bil dekha to usme making charges kafi zyada lagenge isliye maine bola ki app deal cancel kar do to vo us baat par bhi raazi nahi hui or kahne lagi ki app kam making charges wali jwellaryt le jao. Jub humne ghar jakar dekha to jwellary thodi thodi minor breaking thi. Jub mai dobara store gayi to she tell me ki apne neaklace ko khud janbhuj kr toda hai and we also give our old gold and also find so many fault in selling old gold. Sandeep soni (Salesperson) mam didnt done any fault. All fault and mistake done by your store maneger the salesperson sandeep soni just showing a jwellary to me. She didnt ask anything. And she is also very polite and humble person. And store maneger also done harrasment with sandeep soni for making a threat by his job loosing. So my humble request to you plz clear all of confusion. Because we dont wanted to any person loosing his job without any reason or making fault.
