Malabar Gold & Diamonds — Complaining about bracelet quality

We purchased a silver bracelet on 18th August in Malabar gold and diamonds in kurnool branch... From next day onwards the bracelet gets black itself.. we contacted at the Malabar shop they said sorry we can't do anything...
What the hell is this? We came to the shop based on quality that matters . But it's very rediculous
