Malabar Gold & Diamonds — credit card offer was not communicated while billing so loss of 2500 rs

Invoice: bgrgs0029518, bought 84, 000 rs jumka on 20-oct-19 but none of the executives at malabar dickenson road did not informed about 5% cash back on sbi card. So i lost of 2500 rs. Please look into this issue asap and is it possible to cancel the existing bill and create the new bill by swiping the sbi card so that cashback can be availed.
