I ordered a pair of earrings online from Malabar gold and diamonds online store.
There were some issues with the earrings so i wanted to get them exchanged and get some other design from a malabar store near me.
It is clearly written in their easy exchange policy on their website that any item bought online can be exchanged online or from any of their stores with 100% of the invoice value as exchange value within 14 days.
When I called their customer care, they themselves were not clear about their policy.
One person told me that i can only exchange it online and if i get it exchanged in their store, they will only give me the value of the gold as exchange value and will not refund making charges and gst.
Another person told me that i can only get my product exchanged online and not in their stores.
They are clearly denying what is written in their policy. I am highly disappointed with their service.
