I ordered mamaearth's hair mask, hair oil and shampoo online (Found them on instagram) when i opened the parcel, the products had extremely worn out look, with its label sticker faded and spoiled. There was a lot of dirt on and inside the packing of the product and the hair oil packing was open. They came in such bad condition that i immediately took pictures and sent to mamaearth's email id with my complaint. I received the parcel on 26.02.2019. Since then, i have sent them 3 emails, made calls, left messages but no response at all. Their contact no. Given on instagram says its invalid. Their helpline no takes a voice message and that's about it.
If they don't care and respect their on products then i wonder what kind of quality they are selling. Looking from the packing, i doubt their expiry date stamp as well. I don't know how the products look from inside because i have not opened their seal and don't plan to either till i hear from this company, which now seems to be a total fraud to me.
The products are sitting in my house as is, just the way i received them. I don't know what to do with this company. I need these products to be picked up from my house and my money refunded. I am extremely disgusted with the way this company has fooled me and don't know how many more they have fooled with their perfect looking webpage and products!!!

This is really not a good experience for a new user. I need a replacement/fund for the facewash.
I have chasing them from last 6 days but no response.
